Entry is by QR code scan only. Once upstairs, all bags must be stored in lockers. There are two levels with escalators for access. The upper level has ample seating for resting, and many people lie on the helipad to gaze at the sky. The only low glass panel in the entire venue is a photo spot, where staff are available to take your picture for free. You'll need to pay to get the printed photo. On the lower level, there's a mini pub, which is quite chill for a drink during the evening.

Even though I failed to get tickets for the popular time slot, the daytime with its clear sky was still incredibly beautiful and refreshing. The wind was much stronger than I expected, so I recommend that women avoid wearing skirts. Also, you need to arrive exactly at your reservation time to be admitted! I went 10 minutes early and was told to come back at the exact time.

Excellent experience! Booking was quick and easy. Direct access with e-tickets received immediately. The view is magnificent. While it's true that some places offer a view "for free," Shibuya Sky provides a truly pleasant rooftop experience. We were lucky that it wasn't too crowded, which was a big plus.

This was a wonderful family experience! Our 10 year old had the best time and it really cemented his love for ramen. The broths were delicious and portions were very generous. We got to take some great pictures and learned a lot as well. 10/10!

Super nice view! windy and cold on top. Its hard to book the sunset part. too bad for us because it rain during our scheduled time.
