We book early we able to get a window set, it was amazing view and comfortable..The food was great.It was fun experience eating lunch buffet with my friends here..The service is excellent. They are polite. It's rare to find such attentiveness these days, except in a very expensive restaurants.

I've been to Tsui Yuen at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice recently for dim sum. The dim sum is usually quite good, so I bought a coupon when I saw a Klook offer. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff were very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough; they seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) and siu mai (pork dumplings) were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG flavor. I wondered if the dim sum for Klook customers was pre-made. I asked a server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners. But it was very strange; the dim sum that day didn't taste like what I usually have there. Despite this, the restaurant staff were very polite.

it is a nice sandwich with discount buying from klook. can use the coupon at once after klook payment. good choice to have few clicks rather going to the store directly.

Klook VIP: Use a $200 voucher with a $40 discount, paying $165 to get a $250 voucher. We went to the Causeway Bay branch to eat, and it was super crowded! We ordered Set A for two people: two bowls of 'Sai Yung' noodles, dumplings, blanched vegetables, and fried wontons, plus a Coke. The total was $255, so we only saved $5. 😌 I highly recommend the 'Sai Yung' noodles with fried wontons; the noodles are perfectly springy. It's the best in Hong Kong! 🤤 It's worth the price. 😃

Restaurant Environment: Excellent, with beautiful scenery, comfortable seating, and tables spaced well apart. The seating arrangement is very comfortable, not cramped at all. Service: Excellent. All staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Price: This Klook offer was an exceptional value, providing great bang for your buck. Experience: Superb! It felt like a vacation at an overseas resort, different from typical city hotels. Although the location is a bit out of the way, it's very convenient if you're driving. The buffet hours are 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM, but only 3 hours of free parking are provided. After that, it's $80 per hour. It would be even better if 4 hours of free parking were offered. Food Taste: The food selection was very rich, ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent, especially the desserts 👍🏻. Overall Conclusion: A superb buffet experience. This Brazilian barbecue restaurant is very unique! The ingredients are fresh, the food is carefully prepared, and the service is meticulous, attentive, and friendly! This afternoon, the restaurant was about 85% full, with guests chatting and eating, creating a lively atmosphere. We had a very satisfying afternoon, truly commendable! 👍👍
