We book early we able to get a window set, it was amazing view and comfortable..The food was great. It was fun experience eating lunch buffet with my friends here..The service is excellent. They are polite. It's rare to find such attentiveness these days, except in a very expensive restaurants.
If you work in Wan Chai, you must try this 1-hour express executive buffet. The price is HKD 251 per person, including the 10% service charge! At exactly 12 PM, you can start getting food. The first thing I did was grab some king crab legs. In one hour, I ate 10 king crab legs, and they were delicious! Other cold seafood dishes were also good. Afterward, I went to get sashimi, and there was a long line; the chef was a bit slow slicing the sashimi. I only got one plate and then moved on to other food because there was so much to choose from. There were also many dim sum options, a wide variety of desserts, and the ice cream was very tasty. It turns out drinks are also included. I ate two pieces of roasted lamb, which were also delicious. One hour really isn't enough, but for around HKD 200, it's an excellent value!
This is not the first time I having Buffet at 62/fl. I really enjoyed the environment and Delicious food I will continue to enjoy the buffet in The Grand Buffet
Food Quality: The variety of options is acceptable, but the food taste is a bit lacking compared to other high-end restaurants. Restaurant Ambience: The environment is luxurious and unbeatable. Service: The staff who served me only provided the basic level of service. I personally felt that they lacked a human touch, proactive service, and smiles. However, special praise to...the female staff member with glasses who took the drink order. She made me feel comfortable with her friendly and tolerant attitude. Thumbs up 👍 Experience: This Klook experience was wonderful! Fast, simple, and easy to use. The restaurant manager scanned the QR code on the spot for verification and it was done. The restaurant also provides free parking 👍
The environmental service is excellent! They clear the plates quickly! The staff noticed that we forgot to take dessert spoons! They brought them to us without us even asking! It's rare to find such attentiveness these days, except in very expensive restaurants! For Christmas, around $1200 is acceptable! Although we were seated at three separate tables for two people each, we were arranged to sit by the window, which was comfortable! There was a wide variety of food to choose from! The most important thing on Christmas, a day of universal celebration, is not to get annoyed! I saw many foreigners eating there! The staff served the food very politely! No rushing or scrambling! That's already a perfect score! My favorite dish was the Baked Alaska, with mango ice cream and some brandy! And also the suckling pig! The skin was very crispy! We were there from 5:45 PM to 8:00 PM, which gave us enough time to eat and relax! Overall, it's a very good choice for a holiday!
It was such a fun experience. The food was good quality and variety. The view amazing. The service was top notch. Very rare to find such genuine waiters and waitresses in HK. Lunch buffet was a great deal.
The environment and service are both good, but the food taste needs improvement, as does the variety. The quality is decent, but not having drinks included in the buffet is a significant drawback. I understand that alcoholic beverages need to be purchased separately, but this is the most expensive high-end buffet I've been to, and it's the first one that doesn't even include drinks. The only beverage option, iced lemon tea, had to be requested from a server, and the taste wasn't great. Plus, it took a very long time to arrive, almost until I was about to leave. This is something I think needs to be improved.
There's a scenic elevator you can take, though you might have to look for it a bit. For other transfers, there are staff members at each junction to guide you. The food is quite good; the curry is delicious, and among the seafood, the red shrimp are especially tasty. It basically covers cuisine from various countries. The rotation can sometimes be a bit shaky, making you feel a little dizzy, like you're on a cruise ship—I might be exaggerating a bit, though! 😅 If the weather is good, it's an excellent spot for photos. I'd definitely go again if I have the chance.
It's so enjoyable to eat here, the environment is comfortable, and the service is good. The sashimi and seafood are fresh enough, and the char siu from the roasted meat section is memorable. Other food items are of good quality, and there's a wide variety of cakes and desserts, which is a delight to see. The two-hour executive express buffet lunch is great value for money and a pleasant experience. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.
We booked too late and weren't able to get a window seat (the staff mentioned that window seats usually require booking one to two months in advance). The Chinese dim sum (soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, siu mai) and suckling pig were excellent. The caramelized durian crème brûlée is a must-try. The chilled seafood was standard, and the bread crab was average. Overall, the food quality was good.
