The driver and guide were very patient and took good care of each guest. The itinerary wasn't rushed, and it covered most of the famous attractions in Hualien.

Great tour overall and definitely recommended. Our guide was friendly, attentive, and made a real effort, and the drive felt very safe and smooth. Since it’s a one-day tour, time in Alishan is limited—you’ll see the main highlights (train station, short train ride, and an easy walking route), but no longer hikes. If you only have one day, this is a great and convenient way to experience Alishan.

We came unprepared without raincoats and it was raining almost 80% of the time during those days. Still, the experience and memories from this trip were wonderful. It was tiring, but truly unforgettable. The falls were beautiful, and the old streets felt alive. I had hoped to see Jiufen at night, but even in daylight some lanterns and lights were already on, so we still got to enjoy the charm of the place. Hopefully next time the weather will be clearer so we can explore more of the shops and souvenirs. Special thanks to our tour guide, Ms. Ruby, who made sure we saw the highlights, tried the local food, and even helped us whenever we felt confused especially with the language barrier. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

The young lady who explained everything after check-in was very clear, articulate, and fluent. After boarding, we put on our life jackets. The boat was clean and tidy, and the staff provided detailed explanations throughout the trip. They also reminded the children at the bow to be careful and reminded parents to take good care of their kids. On this trip, we saw spotted dolphins, and the explanation was very clear, interesting, and humorous. We also understood the importance of tourism and ecological environment protection. Whale World whale watching is highly recommended.

The service staff was very warm and caring to contact before the trip. The boat was novel and clean. I saw a lot of cetaceans and large cetaceans. Unfortunately, the cetaceans rarely jumped that day. The team on the boat gave detailed explanations and took free photos for tourists. It was a great experience! In addition, the beach car is also very interesting. The coach guides the pose and helps to take a lot of beautiful photos. It is very cost-effective to buy a combination ticket from klook!

i am a solo traveller and i had a great experience with the alishan tour. ⭐️ our tour guide eric was very thoughtful and always reached out to me since i was alone. we talked about different trees and how the trains worked in alishan. he gave us free snacks and bottled water during the bus ride. he’s very attentive to every tour participant and always made sure everyone was present at every stop. alishan is very pretty and i enjoyed it so much. i just wish we had more alone time to explore the place. we only got time to look around and take photos for a few minutes and had to go to the next spot immediately due to time constraint as we had to go back to taichung within provided time.
