Shien (sorry if I spelt it wrong!) was amazing! she did such a great job. great energy! she is the gem of the tour! we had the best time, learned so much, walked 10,000 steps without even realizing it. highly recommend. thank you! -the “straight to jail” group

The experience was fun for the whole family. It wasn't too difficult to shave the wood, even for my 8 yr old. We chose Sugi, Walnut, Sakura, and Purple Heart. Victor K. was very helpful, professional, and patient. He provided clear instructions and helpful hints to make the beautiful chopsticks. You can tell he truly enjoys the craft of making chopsticks. The personalized engraving was a fun extra we all loved.

This is a great way to see Gion. Since most of the crowds are there during the day, the night time is the perfect time to go. Plus, if you get Jasmine, you will have an incredibly knowledgeable guide. Totally worth the money!

Very fun experience! Small plates are included in the price, though you can purchase larger plates or bowls of you want too. The team spoke very good English. We bought our tickets from Klook which was simple, I would recommend using what3words to find the location though as this is easier to find this way ///debt.promises.pinch

This was easily one of the highlights of my trip to Tokyo! My driver, Renu, was amazing: skilled, friendly, and totally in control as we slid around corners. The adrenaline rush was unreal, but I always felt safe in her hands. She also shared great stories about Japan's car culture, which made the ride even more fun. If you love cars or just want a thrill, book this and ask for Renu. Highly recommend!

This was such a great tour! Reon was our guide and he was fantastic. he walked at a good pace, had a picture book to show us everything he was talking about and knew soooo much about the topics he was talking on. he was able to answer all the questions. a very exciting part was we got to see a geisha in training (Maiko) walk by and it brought everything to life. Reon was quick to point her out so we didn’t miss the moment. great tour , lots of really cool information and not difficult walking. would highly recommend. was awesome seeing Kyoto at night!

The staff were super friendly and could communicate fluently in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which made everything so easy. They have hairstyles for both short and long hair, tons of kimono options in all sizes, from petite to plus size, and SO many cute accessories to choose from! If you’re planning to visit Kiyomizu-dera in Kyoto, this shop is super conveniently located right near the entrance path. They also offer makeup services! I didn’t get my makeup done, but I saw other customers’ looks and they were GORGEOUS!! very flattering for Asian features. The kimonos range from bright, vibrant colors to elegant lace and ruffle designs. And the hair accessories? SO MANY options!! It’s even more fun when you dress up with your besties or match with your partner. Everyone looks at you so fondly when you walk around in a kimono, so don’t be surprised if people ask to take photos with you or stop to chat!
