Things to do in Mount Batur

Fantastic! Unforgettable! Excellent tour, very well organized, and the support and guidance from our two drivers/guides was of high quality and more. Abdi, who drove us from/to the hotel at the foot of Mount Batur, is very knowledgeable and taught us a lot during the journeys, with attentiveness and delicacy, without being obsequious. Metalica is not only an excellent jeep driver but also a true professional photographer. It's definitely worth taking the photo option. See the exceptional attached images he provided us (except for the unedited montage of the 3 suns and the statue, which are ours). The quality of the tour (apart from the breakfast box) largely depends on the guides and the weather, both of which spoiled us. Thank you!

Pick up service was good enough, Guide asta was kind and nice always. He keep caring me and other girl even both of us are solo traveler not like other private tour people. We went on the Mt Batur jeep adventure with our tour guide Martin, the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. We forgot to bring jackets and Martin gladly gave us some blankets. Martin is an excellent photographer and took some great picture of us in the night sky and sunrise. I would recommend this experience to anyone in Bali.

Incredible views at the top of Mount Batur. The trek up the mountain was quite steep at some sections, but it was worth all the effort. Our guide, Nyoman, was very accomodating and he made sure we stopped to catch a break and rehydrate at regular intervals. He also conversed with us about his life in Bali and points of interest, which made the hike feel a lot shorter! At the top, he prepared a simple but filling breakfast with a hot drink for us to warm up, and took some great pictures for us. Nyoman made this hike a very memorable experience, and I would recommend him to everyone! Our driver, Berig, later took us to our next points of interest, which were ulu petanu waterfall and the pictureresque Tegallalang Rice Terrace. Both locations were great for photos and Berig also helped us take some photos. Overall, this tour was an amazing experience thanks to our hiking guide and our driver. Would highly recommend!

So I was alone doing this trip. This was the only option who could pick you up in Sidemen where I stayed. The driver had arrived at the hotel at 1:45. 15 minutes before we had our appointment that was great. Then he took me over to my guide. Made was a really great guide! He was very helpfull, funny, and a good talker. Even because I was alone I didn't felt that way. At the top I got breakfast. It was nothing special. The views from up top were amazing! We had a very nice day for it. Thanks to Made for making this a unforgettable trip! And to my driver who drover 3 hours without much sleep! Very great experience. I can really recommend it!🌋

had an amazing trip with operator. especially with the jeep driver Jo. He’s a excellent guide with much thoughtful . And he is so good with his photography skill in helping us to take many wonderful photos and videos.

we had a great time going on this tour. the tour is well organized - from hotel pick up, to hiking guide, to Montana cafe. our driver, Purna, is great. He is very nice, and professional. our hiking guide is very experienced, however, he is more interested to get us back down the mountain than let us explore on the top lol. But the sunrise is amazing up on the mountain! Aslo the young crater, and volcanic steams in the crater. Montana cafe has amazing view of Mount Batur and the food is delicious! overall, we are very happy with the private tour.

Ahok is the Best Photographer, really Great Photography Skills shown clearly on the Night Photos (early morning) also excellent when the sun rise! He is kind, patient and friendly. He is careful with the slippery mountain drive. He is safe and GREAT IN HIS WORK! My husband, my brother and I WE ALL LOVE HIS PHOTOS, highly recommend his great service without any hesitation.
