We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all. The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

We had Putu as our driver for our Mount Batur ATV sunrise experience, Black Lava, and waterfall trip, and he was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire day. He was very patient with us and made getting from place to place so easy, especially with the early morning start. He also gave us great recommendations and made the whole day feel smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate Putu for taking such good care of us. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a reliable and friendly driver in Bali! 100/100! 🙌🔥

We had an absolutely amazing day tour thanks to our driver and guide, PAL. Driving in Bali can be notoriously challenging with heavy traffic, but PAL handled it brilliantly, efficiently navigating routes to avoid delays as much as possible. At every single stop, he never rushed us, allowing us to enjoy each destination at our own relaxed pace. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly. Above all, his genuine sincerity and warm personality made this tour truly special. We are so grateful for all his hard work.

We had an incredible day today with Margon. Our first day of Ubud was a little disheartening. We greatly appreciate Margon for turning our experience here into something worth remembering. Margon is extremely knowledgeable about every place we visited which my husband and I really enjoyed, we love to learn as much as possible about the places we visit. Fantastic communicator! Moyot was an excellent guide for my solo trip! He showed me around all the places patiently and made sure the trip never felt rushed. He also kindly waited for me while I took part in the spiritual cleansing ceremony at Tirta Empul Temple and helped me capture some great photos along the way.
