We wholeheartedly recommend all atractions and our driver and guide, Yudi! He has extensive knowledge of all the attractions we visited and shares it with genuine passion. He is also incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful—throughout the entire trip, he cared about our comfort and made us feel truly well looked after. The transportation was very comfortable, and the time we spent with Yudi passed in a wonderful atmosphere. We loved all the places we visited and thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour, but it was Yudi’s dedication that made the day truly special for us. Yudi is definitely the right person in the right position and a wonderful representative of the company. I had an amazing experience with Aditya on my Klook Instagram Tour! He suggested leaving earlier than the scheduled time so we could queue first, and it was the best decision—we avoided the crowds and had a much better experience. He was incredibly thoughtful, always making sure I had water, never rushing the itinerary, and checking that I was happy throughout the tour. He's also a fantastic photographer who knows how to capture great shots. Overall, his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Would love to book this trip again , Atv was good but not great, The Bali Bintang Rafting is the most thrilling adventure so far , must try package for Ubud

We had the most amazing time water rafting Ayung River and visiting the waterfalls with our driver Purna who was so patient and accommodating to our needs. He never said no to our requests even if it was for coffee or having lunch that was not on the itinerary. He never asked for anything in return and he was genuinely willing to show us and make us feel how Balinese people are. Thank you Purna and for everything you did for us! We really really enjoyed our tour with you!!!! Highly recommended to anybody looking for a good tour guide in Bali! And also a good bonus he is a very good photographer and videographer! 🫶🏼♥️

The driver picked us up exactly on time. It was great that we only had to walk down stairs for about 7-8 minutes to reach the rafting starting point, and then we could immediately transfer to a truck at the end point. The guides were cheerful and fun, and thanks to them, we laughed a lot during the rafting. Individual lockers were provided, which made storing our belongings convenient. For lunch, we had fried rice, noodles, three side dishes, and chicken soup, which was decent. The showers weren't bad, and it was nice that large towels were provided.

Titi was an amazing driver and such a pleasure to have as our guide up Mount Batur. She knew exactly how to capture the moment in the best ways and took the most breathtaking pictures for us. She’s such a friendly, welcoming person and made our experience all the more enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10 experience and would do it again in a heart beat!
