We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all. The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

Damik was our tour guide and photographer today and we had the most wonderful day a 10/10 experience. Damik is the most smiley, happy, open person and made our day pure sunshine. He took us to the best locations and gave us great insite into the balinese culture. group size: 2 people

Darma, my Klook tour guide, was super friendly and easy to talk to. He proactively shared a lot about the highlights and history of the sights, and pointed out cool things along the way—like the legend of the Holy Snake at Tanah Lot and where Ogoh-Ogoh came from. These were such special and unexpected experiences to me. The trip was planned really well, squeezing many of Bali's famous spots into reasonable travel times, making the whole day feel full and satisfying. If I could give 10 stars on a Klook review, Darma definitely deserves all 10! Thanks so much for guiding and spending the day with me!

We had Putu as our driver for our Mount Batur ATV sunrise experience, Black Lava, and waterfall trip, and he was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire day. He was very patient with us and made getting from place to place so easy, especially with the early morning start. He also gave us great recommendations and made the whole day feel smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate Putu for taking such good care of us. Our guide, Andre, helped providing an amazing first time in bali experience. He was very patient and explained the balinese culture to us, and most importantly he talked us through the journey of sacred temple. He was a guide and a friend.

I had an amazing experience with Aditya on my Klook Instagram Tour! He suggested leaving earlier than the scheduled time so we could queue first, and it was the best decision—we avoided the crowds and had a much better experience. He was incredibly thoughtful, always making sure I had water, never rushing the itinerary, and checking that I was happy throughout the tour. He's also a fantastic photographer who knows how to capture great shots. Overall, his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. We had such an amazing time with our Guide Digo. He was early to pick us up and got us to all of our destinations in a timely manner with plenty of time to explore each area. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. stopping for drinks and bathroom breaks whenever needed. Thank you for a wonderful time.
