1. Our Guides: Komang and Coco were honestly the sweetest! They were so kind, friendly, and fun to be around that we enjoyed their company throughout the day. They even clicked some really nice pictures of my sister and me, which we absolutely loved. They made us feel comfortable and made the whole experience so much better. Couldn’t have asked for better guides! 2. The Tour & Flexibility: One thing we really appreciated was how flexible the tour was. It didn’t feel like we were just following a fixed itinerary; it was more about enjoying the day at our own pace. My sister and I barely slept the night before, so we got tired pretty early and had to skip the coffee plantation visit. Thankfully, the tour was flexible enough for us to adjust our plans without feeling rushed. We really appreciated that! 3. Overall Experience: Apart from the delayed service at Kintamani Cafe, everything was just perfect. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali! ✨

Ahok is the Best Photographer, really Great Photography Skills shown clearly on the Night Photos (early morning) also excellent when the sun rise! He is kind, patient and friendly. He is careful with the slippery mountain drive. He is safe and GREAT IN HIS WORK! My husband, my brother and I WE ALL LOVE HIS PHOTOS, highly recommend his great service without any hesitation. We had a great time with our jeepney rise tour with warsana. He is so accommodating in everything that we need. From smooth driving to Mt Batur to assisting us in everything. We love the pictures that Warsana took us. He is a great photographer. ☺️One of the best photographer we meet here in Bali. We highly recommend Warsana as the best tour guide with this tour. It was an incredible experience from start to finish🤩 Our driver and contact person, Tyson, was an amazingly dedicated, kind, funny, helpful, competent, and above all, incredibly accommodating guide. It was a pleasure being on the road with him right from the start. He provided coffee right at the beginning to wake us up, along with water. He told us a lot about the country and its people, so the drive to the starting point flew by. :) Once there, he introduced us to our equally great hiking guide, Yogi (I hope I spelled that right), and off we went. The hike was pleasant and a bit challenging, but very manageable. Once at the top, there was breakfast and coffee or tea (drinks for a small extra charge). It was quite windy (warm clothing is a must), after which he showed us the best photo spots and the still-active sulfur vents. Klook allows very few words 😅 book this trip, highly recommended, the guides are absolute top notch. Thanks for everything🫶

We had Putu as our driver for our Mount Batur ATV sunrise experience, Black Lava, and waterfall trip, and he was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire day. He was very patient with us and made getting from place to place so easy, especially with the early morning start. He also gave us great recommendations and made the whole day feel smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate Putu for taking such good care of us. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a reliable and friendly driver in Bali! 100/100! 🙌🔥

Our driver Komang was the best and the Mt. Batur jeep ride sunrise was amazing and very beautiful! Guide took great pictures of us and was very patient and didn’t rush us at all. We were able to enjoy our time and even got to visit a coffee plantation as well.

our guide yongki was super patient and helpful with us. he even had a led light with him to help us take pictures with good lighting. the sunset was beautiful but the ride in the jeep can get shaky. in the morning it was cold but not bad felt about 15 degrees in October 6 am

Our experience today was really great. Our guide, Ana-a really nice guy, drove us around all day, picking us up early to start our adventure. The Black Lava ATV ride was amazing with beautiful scenery, and our fellow guide, Putla, kept taking great photos of my girlfriend and me. Later we went to the hot springs, which were okay but there were way too many flies, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, it was still a really nice experience.
