We traveled to Bali as a group of four friends, and Yana and Rhonda were our drivers throughout the trip. They drove safely and were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to taking photos for us. They were also very communicative and flexible, adjusting the pace of the tour to suit our preferences. We highly recommend starting early in the morning. This allows enough time to transfer vehicles, secure a good viewing spot, and fully enjoy the experience. Waking up early was definitely worth it—we had the chance to see a sky full of stars before sunrise, followed by a beautiful sunrise view. Along the way, we also learned more about Bali’s volcanoes and tectonic activity, which added an educational element to the trip.

Watching the sunrise at Mount Batur was an amazing experience! Unfortunately, the sunrise itself wasn’t visible due to the weather, but we were still able to capture some really beautiful photos. Luckily, our tour guide, Yonki, was an excellent photographer and knew all the best spots to capture stunning scenic views. He really made the experience worthwhile and ensured we went home with beautiful memories and photos. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for a great guide who knows how to capture the beauty of Mount Batur!

I heard there is another hot spring with a water slide next door, but we were completely satisfied with this one. I was a bit bothered by the many flies, but since this area seems to use things like horse manure for fertilizer, it might be unavoidable. Making a reservation in advance is cheaper than booking on-site, so I think booking through here is a good deal.

We had a wonderful experience right from pickup by #Rika (our transport to the Mount Batur base camp), who was very punctual, friendly and drove the car very safely. We did not face any issues. After we reached base camp at kintamani we met #Wali (our guide/jeep driver) who took a lot of effort in making sure we have a memorable experience. He drove the jeep very responsibly and took amazing photos & videos at the sunrise spot and black lava at Mount Batur. We were also served light breakfast by him while waiting for sunrise. Overall we had a unique and extraordinary experience, huge shout out to Wali and Rika! We will definitely reach out again.
