Service: 100 The disadvantage is that the Klook price fluctuates a lot, and there is a large price difference.

Very nice and clean hotel in great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they can store your luggage and can answer your questions. Having the free drinks corner and free pancakes in the morning is a kge bonus.

It's pretty good, but the self-check-in part gets stuck if you book through a non-official system and don't have a QR code or order code. However, the price, location, and breakfast are quite good, I recommend it. But you can't fully open your luggage.

Hotel is very clean and at the center of Dotonbori. Rooms are clean and very quiet considering it’s at the center of the chaos and fun in Dotonbori. Staff at check in are very polite, helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to Shinsaibashi shopping center, Glico man sign, Don Quijote, Dotonbori river cruise. Would love to stay here again.
