The location is so good. Got a nearby station and convenience store.

The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient as it was nearby the shopping areas with a big supermarket nearby. The only catch was that there were a few strands of hair in my bathroom when I first checked-in. Also, as expected, there’s only space to open one big suitcase so it would be great if there was a room type with a smaller bed so there’s more space around it. But otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Stayed here four nights as a solo traveler and honestly, no complaints. The room is small – standard Japan small – but it was clean, comfortable, and the bed was just right for one person. Had everything I needed. The staff were great. English was no problem at all and they were super friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Really made a difference. Location is a huge win. Less than five minutes walk to the Nankai line station which is perfect for getting to/from the airport. And Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are only about 10–15 minutes on foot, so you're close to everything but just far enough to sleep in peace. Oh and they have amenities available on the reception floor, so you can grab what you need. Simple, convenient, and affordable. Would definitely stay again.

The location is very convenient, especially for travelers exploring Osaka. The hotel is close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city and travel to and from the airport. There is also a FamilyMart right beside the hotel, which is very convenient for snacks, drinks, and other essentials. It’s also located near popular tourist spots such as Dotonbori and Kuromon Market, with plenty of good restaurants and attractions nearby. The location made it easy to explore the area without spending too much time traveling. The room is not so big but i think it is common in Japan. I also really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The facilities and amenities were good and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Osaka.

Had a great time at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Namba Station. It is well situated near Namba station with a convenient store beside the hotel. It is just a short walk from Namba Nankai station where you can take the Nankai Limited Express train going to the airport. The hotel also allows luggage storage which gives us time to stroll around while waiting for the check in time. It has free toiletries and sleepwear as well. It is also walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinshaibasi. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Namba.

Hotel is located next to the subway station exit 7. only drawback is that the exit does not have escalator nor lift. Room is small, but comfortable.
