Check in was easy. There is a self service kiosk; but, the staff were also incredibly helpful. We arrived much too early but they have a basement locker area for bag storage so we could explore the area without hauling around our luggage. This particular Tokyo inn was very close to Dotonbori. One of the reasons for picking it and very convenient for catching the subway line. exit/entrance about 10 feet from the door!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful..We all enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good…. and free. Everyone was awesome. The only negative was that the beds were hard …. otherwise loved the place

A good hotel recommended to all. They provide free breakfast, check in and out was easy but gotta pay the hotel tax upon check in. Location was near to Dotombori area with many eateries. The hotel provides all the toiletries which was very convenient but the room size was very very small, which is normal in Japan. Overall, it was clean and value for money.

Great location, services and facilities. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed a little hard but that seems to be a thing in Japan. Was a little surprised that there was no security to each floor, once in the lift each floor was accessible.

We had a great stay at Toyoko Inn, both in Tokyo Shinjuku and Osaka Namba. Check in and CHeck out are seemless. Facilities are well thought of to cater needs of travelers. reakfast facilities are great. Staff are excellent.
