One of the best hotels during our stay in Japan. The rooftop onsen is absolutely top-notch and easily one of the best we experienced in Japan. The onsen alone makes this hotel worth the visit.

I absolutely loved my stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower. The location is excellent, the staff are attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is high quality. The rooftop spa is amazing, with breathtaking views over Osaka. The room and the hotel in general were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Amazing! Views were fantastic, rooms were big, and everything felt very luxe. Just allow time to leave the hotel as you need to transfer lifts to get from your room and out the door.

This might be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The atmosphere was amazing, great views and facilities. They thought of everything from the complimentary pyjamas to the toiletries. The only thing is that the “pool” is a Japanese public bath so didn’t expect that no swimwear would be allowed.

Stayed for 5 nights. We were very lucky to get a south-facing room which amazing views of the city. Gorgeous hotel rooms. The infinity pool is obviously a big selling point. Hotel staff were fantastic and very attentive. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Osaka.
