Our tour guide, Michael Kim, was very energetic, funny, kind, welcoming, organized, and accommodating of our needs and requests. He never made us feel pressured to stick strictly to the allotted time at each destination. Instead, he gave us the freedom to explore each place at our own pace while simply reminding us of the time we needed to return. I really appreciated this approach because it allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in each destination, take in the breathtaking views, and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. He was also flexible and considerate throughout the tour, making sure we were comfortable while still keeping everything organized and on schedule. His friendly personality and great sense of humor made the trip even more enjoyable, and his enthusiasm made each stop feel more memorable. Plus points for the yummy ice cream he recommended!!

good value for money! it's really convenient booking the tour via klook vs driving on your own. you get around 20-30 mins on each place for a quick photo op. shout out to Tony, our tour guide. great job!

JOHN was the best tour guide ever. He would not let us cone back to Melbourne. without having actual view of the kangaroos! He has been very patient and had lots of very interesting story and trivias along the way. The itinerary is packed so get ready to make the mist of your trip! Worth the money!!!

Met the amazing tour guide and super reliable driver John, and spent a perfect day with a group of international travelers. Uncle John effortlessly conveyed to us ordinary people’s passion and dedication toward work under Australia’s higher education system. When talking about shipwrecks, he played the Titanic soundtrack; when discussing kangaroos, he blasted the "Kangaroo" song. And when we finally woke up and headed back to town, he flashed his lights three times and played “Together…” What an unforgettable day spent with such interesting people! Our group included folks from China, Japan, Italy… each speaking different languages, yet when everyone got off at their stops, we all said “bye-bye” together. I’m absolutely blown away by this experience—more than just the adventure itself, it was the genuine love and care Australians have for the wilderness that touched me most.

it’s a wonderful trip. Tim is a very sincere, responsible guide. He well arranged the time schedule , no rush for each viewpoint. We were so lucky to see the wildlife koala and kangaroos. Definitedly recommend for 1day tour for Great Ocean Road. Augustine is very knowledge and funny. He gave all tourist spots history and joking all time time that make the trip is so much fun no boring at all. Price is reasonable, bus is comfortable and clean. Some tips and time managemane is perfect. I love London bridge (last spot) the most.
