Absolutely loved this Great Ocean Road tour! It was easily one of the highlights of my Australia trip. Eric, the guide was amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. You could really tell he cared about giving us the best experience possible. We even got to make a little detour to Lorne Beach, where we saw so many cockatoos! Everything felt well-organized and relaxed, and the guide made the long journey enjoyable from start to finish. Would happily do it again! ❤️

Hän jakoi paljon mielenkiintoista historiaa, faktoja ja paikallistietoutta, joiden avulla ymmärsimme vierailukohteitamme paremmin. Hänen tarinointinsa oli mukaansatempaavaa ja informatiivista, muttei koskaan liiallista. Hän tiesi tarkkaan, milloin asioita kannatti selittää ja milloin kaikille oli hyvä antaa hieman hiljaista aikaa rentoutumiseen, mikä teki pitkästä matkasta erittäin miellyttävän. Hän on myös erinomainen kuljettaja. Vaikka vietimme koko päivän tien päällä, kyyti oli tasaista enkä kertaakaan kokenut oloani epämukavaksi. Aleks tiesi myös kaikki parhaat kuvauspaikat ja auttoi meitä ystävällisesti ottamaan paljon upeita kuvia matkan varrella. Koko retki oli todella hyvin järjestetty ja sujui moitteettomasti alusta loppuun. Kaiken kaikkiaan tämä oli yksi matkani kohokohdista. We had such a wonderful and memorable GREAT OCEAN ROAD trip! Our guide and driver, Augustine, was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in multiple languages, making the tour enjoyable and easy to understand for everyone. He was friendly, funny, patient, and very considerate of every passenger throughout the entire trip. You could really tell that he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great experience. We truly enjoyed the entire tour and would highly recommend it, especially with Augustine as your guide. Thank you, Augustine, for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable! 😊

a fantasic bus trip experience, Joel is super friendly and knows every hidden spot for good view and spotting wildlife. The view along great ocean road is marvelous, and Joel gave many fun stories and history during the whole trip. An unforgettable trip!

Augustine is a very good bus guide, he introduce Melbourne history, Great Ocean Road details,etc., also, give us enough time to take pic and stay at each stop. Highly recommend everyone who never visit great ocean road to join.

The experience was great! We had lots of stops in the Great Ocean Road with ample time given in between stops. Enough to take photos of. Tony, our guide, was very patient and kind even though some of the tour joiners were always late.

A big thank you to our guide! At the beginning of the tour, my husband and I had to sit separately because the bus was full. Our guide kindly asked other passengers if they could switch seats so we could sit together. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how thoughtful and caring the guide was.
