Absolutely loved this Great Ocean Road tour! It was easily one of the highlights of my Australia trip. Eric, the guide was amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. You could really tell he cared about giving us the best experience possible. We even got to make a little detour to Lorne Beach, where we saw so many cockatoos! Everything felt well-organized and relaxed, and the guide made the long journey enjoyable from start to finish. Would happily do it again! ❤️

Augustine is a very good bus guide, he introduce Melbourne history, Great Ocean Road details,etc., also, give us enough time to take pic and stay at each stop. Highly recommend everyone who never visit great ocean road to join.

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in multiple languages, making the tour enjoyable and easy to understand for everyone. He was friendly, funny, patient, and very considerate of every passenger throughout the entire trip. You could really tell that he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great experience. I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable. She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable. Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip. The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊

a fantasic bus trip experience, Joel is super friendly and knows every hidden spot for good view and spotting wildlife. The view along great ocean road is marvelous, and Joel gave many fun stories and history during the whole trip. An unforgettable trip!

The experience was great! We had lots of stops in the Great Ocean Road with ample time given in between stops. Enough to take photos of. Tony, our guide, was very patient and kind even though some of the tour joiners were always late.

Great Ocean Road ponúka jednu z najmalebnejších pobrežných ciest na svete, s dramatickými útesmi, nedotknutými plážami, bujnými dažďovými pralesmi a očarujúcimi prímorskými mestečkami. Dvanásť apoštolov sú týčiace sa vápencové útvary vystupujúce z Južného oceánu. Sú obzvlášť ohromujúce pri východe alebo západe slnka, keď zlaté svetlo zvýrazňuje skalné útvary. Pozdĺž trasy nájdete aj miesta, ktoré musíte vidieť, ako sú Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge a The Grotto, každé s jedinečnými geologickými prvkami a úchvatnými výhľadmi na oceán.

A big thank you to our guide! At the beginning of the tour, my husband and I had to sit separately because the bus was full. Our guide kindly asked other passengers if they could switch seats so we could sit together. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how thoughtful and caring the guide was. We really appreciated it and were truly impressed. Thank you!

Bol to úžasný výlet. Tim je veľmi úprimný a zodpovedný sprievodca. Dobre zorganizoval časový harmonogram, takže sme sa nikam neponáhľali. Mali sme šťastie, že sme videli divoké koaly a kengury. Ďakujeme Timovi za jeho organizáciu. Západ slnka na Great Ocean Road bol ohromujúci. Strávili sme veľmi nezabudnuteľný a príjemný čas. Ďakujeme Klooku za užívateľsky príjemný zážitok.
