After notifying staff about the strange noise from the air conditioner, they confirmed it and helped us change rooms. The hotel's overall aesthetic is beautiful, very clean, and the space and energy are great.

Buying online is cheaper than buying on-site, plus you can book online, which is very convenient. The technicians are also very professional. I would buy and spend again if I have the chance.

The Love River Love Boat in Kaohsiung is such a charming experience! The cruise offers a peaceful view of the city lights reflecting on the water, creating a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The gentle breeze, soothing music, and scenic bridges make it perfect for couples or anyone who wants to unwind. The staff are friendly, and the whole ride feels well-paced. Definitely a must-try when visiting Kaohsiung — simple, beautiful, and memorable!

The room was very clean, and it had a washlet toilet and a deep bathtub. Check-in was self-service, with password access for both the main door and the room door.

Overall, it's great and the environment is comfortable. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, so you have to take the stairs, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage. Also, you have to find your own parking space. If these two points could be improved, it would be perfect!
