Things to do in Saint Joseph Cathedral

A must-try in Hanoi! The staff are very warm and accomodating. When we arrived at the spa, they gave us slippers and welcome tea. Then they asked us to choose which oil we would like to be used in our massage. After that we were lead to the elevator and when we got to our floor, the masseurs greeted us and showed us to our room. It’s a huge room, neat and cozy. The massage was great and one of the best that I had! I had a wonderful time with Trang, our tour guide. This tour was very worth it given the experiences you get — it is food, culture, scenery all-in-one. I was not able to capture all the scenes but it felt like we were able to see all of Hanoi. Being on a jeep made it more fun. Trang is very helpful and took lovely photos. I highly recommend this tour :)

We traveled by Grab for our private tour for two. Our guide spoke excellent Japanese and showed us places we wouldn't have seen on our own, with an efficient route and clear explanations, which was wonderful. I definitely recommend this over going by yourself. They also changed the pho to bun cha for us, and the restaurant was delicious. Since we were staying at a hotel near Hanoi Cathedral, we skipped the cathedral tour and were dropped off at our desired location before parting ways. We were very satisfied with our quick half-day tour in the heat.

Warm & rich experience in this walking tour session with Mina. She's kind and warm, and her knowledge abt hanoi is very interesting. Our group is small, only 5 people which make it easy to connect and stroll together around the tour spot. If you want to bring home not just photos, but real stories from Hanoi… this tour is a must. Truly :)

We are so thankful we did this on Day 1 in Hanoi. IT IS A MUST! If you want a full immersion in the city, the motorbike ride will guide you to the spots and bring you to amazing places! We feel grateful for our two tour guides, Minh Ngoc and Liam. We want to have more time with them, but the day should end. Thank you so much!!!!

We had an excellent half-day tour of Hanoi with Mac. From the start, he was incredibly informative, friendly and attentive, tailoring the experience to our interests rather than simply following a fixed itinerary. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience. His knowledge of Hanoi’s history, culture and hidden gems was exceptional, and his English was outstanding, making everything easy to understand and engaging. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, personable guide who genuinely cares about his guests, I can’t recommend Mac highly enough.

Today was an outstanding day thanks to my lovely guide, Tamm. I tried some nice Vietnamese coffee, got to witness the epic Hanoi Train street, while sipping a mango smoothie. Then, we ventured to Hoa Lo prison and this place is a must because, you can see the fascinating history that Vietnam possesses. It’s here that you get to appreciate Vietnam even more. This experience was memorable thanks to the knowledge and passion of Tamm. I highly recommend everyone to engage in this tour, when your in Hanoi.

Had a fun morning tour with Justin doing a splendid job as our guide for a family of four. Certainly great being able to ride in a historic Soviet vehicle. Justin explained the stops and sights well and answered all of our questions. Drinks and foods that were included were all delicious.
