Shiki-no-Yu is great, and the food is Japanese and delicious. The environment is peaceful, and the staff is polite. However, Klook's pricing is not transparent. The order price clearly stated that it included breakfast and dinner, so customers naturally assumed it would be the highly recommended Japanese cuisine from many reviews. But upon arrival, they were told that dinner was ramen, not a Japanese dinner. The hotel staff said this has happened before, with some agents only booking the ramen meal. After communication and paying an additional fee, we were able to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. Klook should clarify the pricing, stating the price for the ramen meal and the price for the Japanese meal, allowing customers to choose, to avoid disappointment upon arrival.

Located a very convenient 4-minute walk from Gora Station, with a bus stop just a 30-second walk from the entrance for easy access to the Hakone Open-Air Museum. The hotel facilities are top-notch, featuring private onsen (hot spring) baths, and a snack and beverage bar with unlimited food and drinks. After soaking in the hot spring, complimentary treats like ice pops and milk are provided. The front desk service is friendly. I highly recommend adding dinner – it's well worth it! Beautiful resort, lovely rooms, great service, huge buffet spread and excellent onsen facilities. Highly recommended!

this was a an extremely excellent experience but I could not recommend you book through klook as they failed to provide any of the access codes needed to check-in fortunately we managed to sneak in with another group so we were able to contract staff to get assistance we our check in.

Very close to Gora Station, within walking distance, and convenient for taking a bus to Gotemba Premium Outlet, which takes about 40 minutes. The hotel has a 24-hour beverage bar with good quality coffee 👍, and a wide variety of alcoholic beverages are available for free with dinner. After checking out, the front desk can store luggage, eliminating the problem of where to store luggage when visiting attractions. I recommend staying two nights and purchasing a three-day Hakone Free Pass.

The location is very good, the food is also very good, and the service is very good! I will come back in the future. I guess it will be a different scenery in winter!

An ideal hotel to enjoy the region for a few days. The room is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Unlimited drinks at reception, friendly staff, nice onsen to relax in and close to transport. Perfect
