I joined the Mount Fuji day tour, and overall it was a pretty good experience. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great that day, the sky was overcast, and I didn't get to see Mount Fuji's beauty, which was a bit of a shame, but the tour guide, Sia Huang, made a very impressive performance. The tour guide was very friendly and professional, providing a lot of interesting and practical explanations along the way. She not only gave detailed explanations in English, but also added supplementary information in Chinese, so that tourists of different languages could clearly understand, which was very thoughtful. The only downside was the lunch, which was pricey but didn't taste good. If there could be more choices or improved quality in the lunch portion in the future, the overall experience would be better. Overall, the tour guide was great, and the itinerary was well-organized. It's a good choice for those who want to take a relaxing day trip to the Mount Fuji area. I hope the weather will be better next time so I can actually see Mount Fuji!

Mr. Kabayashi and all the staffs was very welcoming and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Even though we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji due to the weather, I’m truly glad we chose to stay here. The traditional tatami room was comfortable, the onsen was the perfect way to relax after a day of walking, and the view of the lake was beautiful in its own right. The hospitality exceeded expectations, and the overall experience made our trip memorable. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great trip with Luna. She led us through the day so we got to see all the beautiful spots around Mt. Fuji and had us try free samples of delicious matcha tea and some kind of wine with a wasp in it. Interesting experience!
