Our SanSan Hathway is such a lovely guide, love to be on her trip to Fuji. She is the type of local guide i am looking for that can speak good english, easy to understand. Thankyou for the japan history catchup. We had a wonderful trip to Fuji. All stops were similar to what has been mention in the itenary. Recomended to Book! We had an amazing time on this tour! The itinerary was well organized, and every stop had breathtaking views. We had a good amount of time to explore, take photos, grab food and snacks, shop for souvenirs, and enjoy each location without feeling rushed. It’s a great experience for families and anyone visiting Japan. A huge shoutout to our tour guide, Matt! He spoke both English and Mandarin, was incredibly friendly, funny, and always willing to answer questions and help guide us throughout the day. He made the bus ride enjoyable with his great personality and made the entire experience even more fun. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Highly recommend this tour, and we’d definitely do it again!

This fireworks festival experience exceeded all expectations! The fireworks designs were so unique, it was truly romantic and unforgettable! The fact that the entire trip was so perfect is all thanks to our guide, Ashley! Her professionalism and attention to detail deserve high praise! First, she is fluent in four languages, and on the tour bus, she was able to clearly explain all safety precautions, itinerary details, and methods to prevent us from getting lost in different languages, allowing travelers from different backgrounds to fully grasp the information and feel at ease. Secondly, Guide Ashley clearly did a lot of preparation beforehand, and she was extremely familiar with the local routes and event procedures. Not only was the journey smooth, but the return trip was also perfectly timed, perfectly avoiding crowds and traffic jams, allowing us to end the trip with a relaxed and happy mood. Throughout the entire process, she did not forget to take care of everyone, constantly reminding us to pay attention to road vehicles and which side to stand on for safety. This attentiveness is truly rare. In comparison, another accompanying guide seemed a bit unfamiliar with the terrain and arrangements, which made me appreciate Ashley's seriousness and reliability even more. If I really had to mention a small area for improvement, it would be to hope that the parking location could be closer to the venue in the future, so we could walk less. But overall, this was definitely a perfect experience!

A refreshing escape from Tokyo as it offers a perfect mix of nature, culture and great food.The local seafood was fresh and delicious. Seaside park was a bit disappointing as now is the season for the flower hills but since the park is big so still a nice walk in the green forest. There is fun fair and play ground for children but no time to play. Overall, exploring scenic parks, visiting temples and shrines, taking in the ocean views, Ibaraki offers a different side of Japan that's well worth discovering.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! If you’re a fan of JDM culture, Fast & Furious, or just love cars, this experience is absolutely worth it. It doesn’t feel like a typical tourist tour—you really become part of the local car community. Seeing legendary cars, meeting passionate owners, driving through Tokyo at night, and visiting Daikoku PA created memories we’ll never forget. A special thank you to our driver, Timi. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the very beginning. She made us feel comfortable, shared interesting stories, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her passion for JDM culture really shows, and it made the night feel authentic and special. Thank you, Timi, and the whole Gaijin Tuned team for an unforgettable evening. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Brendan was really great! I saw his tour yesterday, and I’m at the Edo-Tokyo Museum today and so much makes more sense after having done his tour of the Imperial Palace. The explanations in the museum are a bit dry and dense with facts, and I don’t have a lot of connection to annecdotes which help me remember what happened and why. Brendan’s tour really helped fill in some of that for me, and provided me a much better context. I’d recommend to anyone — do his tour first, before the museum, for greater understanding!

Had the best time! They gave us a free shot of sake & some free tea/mochi at the end. Staff was friendly & the entertainers did an amazing job. We for sure recommend!

The trip in the boat was wonderful, cozy, delicious and fun. Shera did a great job organizing everything and also interacted with us with quizzes and information through the ride. the vies at night were amazing and i completely recommend this activity, specially with shera in command.
