Accessibility is a top priority and the staff are very friendly. It's close to Dotonbori, so I took a walk there every day. I stayed for 3 days and they cleaned it every day. The room was the same as the picture, which was great. I recommend this room.

The room is just like the pictures, and the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of amenities, and they even provide pajamas. The accessibility is great, and I will definitely stay here again. The daily cleaning is thorough. I was very satisfied with my accommodations. I especially appreciated the luggage scale near the entrance.

Convenient Transportation: Within a 10-minute walk from JR station, passing through Kuromon Market on the way, and very close to Namba. Service: English speaking staff available, with Chinese guidance as well.

Very nice and clean hotel in great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they can store your luggage and can answer your questions. Having the free drinks corner and free pancakes in the morning is a kge bonus.
