They provide excellent service and answer any questions you have. They were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! It's close to many places, and you can walk to the tori.

probably the best room we stayed in for the whole trip but sadly it was only for one night. Will highly recommded it for anybody coming to Kyoto

I would stay at this hotel again. The room condition, free luggage storage, large public bath, and breakfast were all great, and I was able to use everything smoothly and comfortably, just like at home.

Besides the location being a ten-minute walk from Kyoto Station, the only other drawback is that while there are free ice pops in the relaxation area after bathing, there's no WiFi. Everything else is great.

The staff is friendly, but their Chinese and English are not very fluent, which made communication a bit challenging. Otherwise, everything was great.
Hotel Location: A bit far from Kyoto Station, requiring a 12-minute walk.
Breakfast: Average.

The place is just a few steps from Kujo Station entrance, which is a big plus! A free drink per person every night to cap the night. 👌 Spacious and homey lobby...more than adequate room space with sofa...💯 we had a comfortable stay, and will definitely stay here again.

The room was incredibly spacious with excellent soundproofing. The bathtub was large, and the breakfast was diverse and outstanding.
