The overall experience, atmosphere and staff at the hotel was great. Loved that they had laundry facilities inside there for use guests use, had the option to wash and dry. the rooms were nice and beds and pillows awesome! I got to experience the western style room and the traditional Japanese style rooms. I really loved the Japanese style room. My only 2 complaints really, 1st showers could have been cleaned better, did find tiny bit of black mold in the very corner of the shower in both rooms we had. 2nd complaint is that they limit you to only one extra pillow, but I was able to have at least 2 and it worked out fine. The breakfast had great options. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee machines in the main lobby this was a great treat those few late nights we waited on our laundry to finish. Great location was a short 10-18 min. walking distance from the shopping areas and lots of restaurants. Absolutely booking it again!

My stay was excellent. I had to deduct a point since the bath tub had a ton of hair wrapped around the drain that my children discovered. the front desk staff were very helpful and informative. they even helped me make reservations since my room phone did t work and my Japanese language is very limited.
