Transport in Hoi An

Our driver, Long, arrived at our hotel 10 minutes before the agreed time. Although his English is limited, communication wasn’t an issue as he understands the basics well. We also paid a little extra for him to drive us around Hue, which made the trip much more convenient. After each stop, he would pick us up within five minutes and take us to the next location. Very efficient service and highly recommended.

We had different drivers per way, but both were excellent navigators. Both arrived on time. Drop ofr/pick up location in Hoi An was near the old town. We booked just the night before, but we had no problems ensuring a driver would be assigned to us. This is a perfect way to explore Hoi An on your own. For our ride back to Danang, our group finished early, and we were able to text the driver to come pick us up earlier than the planned time. All in all, this was an excellent choice.

so comfortable just slept the night. so clean and comfortable the toilet is clean and does not smell. hot even picked from my hotel. given the weather it still comfortable few stops to eat.

My Vietjet flight was originally scheduled to arrive at Da Nang Airport at 17:35, but it was delayed and I didn't get out of the airport until almost 18:30. Fortunately, there weren't any shuttle buses scheduled for that time, and I had already booked the 19:15 time slot (otherwise I would have missed it). I waited at the Highland Cafe next to the meeting point until 19:15. The driver was probably there early but didn't expect me to be so punctual. After I notified Barri Travel via WhatsApp, the driver picked me up within five minutes. Perhaps this time slot is not popular, so the driver drove just for me and took me directly to the hotel. Although we could only communicate in simple English, we were able to converse using translation software. Overall, it was a thoughtful service.

driver was punctual, clean and safe ride. perfect for solo traveler like me. we had lot time to explore the destinations. also they keep on communicating via WhatsApp for the reminder about pick up time, thank you!

This trip included two car charters. This time, the charter included a driver and a translator. At first, I was worried that my luggage wouldn't fit because it was a morning charter for checkout and then an afternoon trip to the airport. But in the end, everything fit. The translator's name was Yan'er (Team Tung). She completely exceeded the scope of her work; it was like having an extra tour guide. She explained the route to us, made some suggestions, and even helped us get seated at a coffee shop in her capacity as a guide. She even offered to take us around, but I felt bad and declined. This left a very good impression at the end of our trip. I also recommend a half-day charter tour on the last day and then going to the airport. It's nice to be able to see more for half a day.

driver was polite and on time. the car ride was comfortable too. the entire journey took around 3.5h as there were other people to pick up too. had a great time in both hoi an and hue!

Fun cooking class and tour with a coconut boat ride in the end. Got to learn how to make Pho and other things. Definitely recommend!

The driver arrived on time at the hotel for pickup. Although there was a language barrier, the driver first asked about our nationality and then used mobile phone voice translation, which allowed us to communicate smoothly. On the return trip, the driver even helped us to be dropped off at our requested location and was very polite and attentive. The interior of the vehicle was clean, tidy, and comfortable, making the trip pleasant for our group of seniors.
