Our driver played great music which made our trip to Ba Na Hills worthwhile. He was also kind and accommodating to all our requests. We even changed our drop-off point a few hours before pick-up and he instantly agreed. Booking a private car to Ba Na Hills is cheaper and way more convenient than other options

10/10 service! Everything went completely smoothly from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us right on time, super friendly, and helped with our bags. The car was clean and comfortable, and the ride was relaxed. Takes all the stress out of navigating. Will definitely book again!

The bus arrived at My Son Sanctuary right on time, and we had about 2.5 to 3 hours of free time, which was plenty. Upon arrival at the sanctuary, you buy your own ticket at the entrance, and after walking in a short distance, you can take a shuttle buggy. After getting off, there is a show you can watch. Because many tour groups arrive early, it gets very crowded. You can visit the ancient ruins first while the tour groups are waiting for the show, as there will be fewer people. The show runs regularly at intervals, so you can go watch it later when there are plenty of seats available. Furthermore, tour groups leave quite quickly, meaning the ruins will become largely deserted, allowing you to take photos to your heart's content. At 12:00 PM, head back to the drop-off point to wait for the shuttle.

This time, we opted for a 12-person private car charter with a Chinese-speaking driver. The driver arrived at our hotel on time to pick us up. To our surprise, in addition to the driver, there was also a tour guide named Yan'er who spoke Mandarin and helped us arrange our itinerary. (We had only expected a Chinese-speaking driver, but the guide explained that this arrangement was made because there are few drivers who speak Chinese.) We are very grateful to Team Tung for their arrangements. They contacted us via WhatsApp two days before the trip to get a preliminary understanding of our itinerary. On the day of the tour, our guide Yan'er was flexible with the arrangements, allowing us to complete all the activities we wanted to do and places we wanted to visit within a single day. She took meticulous care of our entire family, including the elderly and children, throughout the trip. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟

The most luxury sleeper bus I'd ever had. Extremely clean & comfort, spacious cabin with free wifi, USB charging, TV, blanket, pillow, a bottle of water & wet tissue. Also well organized bus company with experience drivers and staffs. We travelled at 18.30 from Hanoi and arrived Danang the next day before 09.00 with only 1 stop. Upper cabin is little shaky but I can sleep well and enjoyed the view of sunrise. Highly recommended👍👍

My return time was 8 PM. Customer service had already sent me a message the day before to confirm the time and pickup location, maintaining excellent communication throughout. I walked to the meeting point in Hoi An at 6:30 PM. Since I arrived early, I went to a nearby cafe for some tea. When it was time, I went to the meeting point to wait for the shuttle. The vehicle arrived right on time, and I was dropped off near my hotel in about 40 minutes. The driver safely took me back.

Very recommended. Tu was our very friendly driver. His English was excellent, very punctual, patient, and responsive. He told us all about the places we visited and recommended activities—including fair prices for each activity. We visited Ling An, lunch at stone bowl pho, Marble Mountain, and Hoi An for 8 hours. His car was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Mineral water was also provided. Thank you, Tu, for a wonderful and memorable day.

Kim was out our driver for 2 days. He was very good and professional. he was always on time and very accommodating for our entire family. He was very friendly and shared information with us as needed. Very reliable. Highly recommend this driver!

Comfortable, clean. Anyone over six foot may find it a little cramped. A good night's sleep, with plenty of charging points for phones etc. Would use this method of transport again, definitely better than a sleeper train! Contact was good with the company and hotel pick up/drop off made the trip easy.
