Transport in Hoi An

Excellent! I boarded the bus from Da Nang at around 8:40 PM, and after stopping five or six times, arrived in Hanoi at 8 AM. The driver drove very smoothly. The luxury bus had a toilet, which was much more convenient, and also had USB charging, free WiFi, and a TV. It was very clean and quiet. The bus was very good, and I will take it again in the future.

the driver is on time. he was so polite though we could hardly understand each other. He drove us to Bana Hills safely. The van is clean and nice. Its very convenient that we hire this van instead of taking the bus. we arrive earlier in Bana Hills

We had different drivers per way, but both were excellent navigators. Both arrived on time. Drop ofr/pick up location in Hoi An was near the old town. We booked just the night before, but we had no problems ensuring a driver would be assigned to us. This is a perfect way to explore Hoi An on your own. For our ride back to Danang, our group finished early, and we were able to text the driver to come pick us up earlier than the planned time. All in all, this was an excellent choice.

Had a really good experience with this tour. Big thanks to Zada (小文) for taking care of us throughout the day. The itinerary was quite packed — Linh Ung Pagoda, Bep Cuon for lunch, coconut boat ride, then Hoi An Old Town for the lanterns and dinner — but everything went smoothly and didn’t feel rushed. Zada was supposed to be our translator, but she ended up guiding us along the way too, explaining things and sharing about the places. Made the whole trip a lot more enjoyable and easy to follow. Also thanks to the driver for the safe and steady ride all day. Overall, really enjoyed it. Would recommend 👍

I participated alone, so it was a private charter with just me and the driver. I received a confirmation message on WhatsApp around 1 PM the day before. On the day of the tour, the same person contacted me 10 minutes prior, and the driver also sent a message on WhatsApp 5 minutes before. It took exactly one hour to get from Hoi An to My Son Sanctuary. We were picked up at 7:30 AM and arrived at 8:30 AM. We parted ways with the understanding that he would pick me up at 11:00 AM, but I finished seeing everything by 10:00 AM. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he came to pick me up within a minute.

On the way there, the pickup was a little late, but there were no issues, and they took us to Hoi An. On the way back, they dropped us off near our hotel, which was great because we no longer had to go back from Rom Cafe. Hoi An was crowded, and I was a bit tired, but the round-trip transfer was incredibly smooth and helpful. I felt the warmth of the people in Da Nang and Hoi An. The reasonable price was also a big plus!

The door-to-door transfer service from hotel to hotel was incredibly helpful. The air conditioning and seats in the car were comfortable for the long journey. Water was also provided. The scenic route, filled with lush greenery, was very pleasant. We departed Hoi An at 11 AM and arrived in Hue just after 2 PM, which allowed us to visit the An Dinh Palace near our hotel afterward.
