Highly recommended for anyone traveling around Vietnam! The bus was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The customer service team was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and stress-free 💯💯💯
The bus was delayed by 30 minutes, but it actually arrived earlier than expected, around 7:30 PM. Our night bus was scheduled for 10:00 PM, and the original plan was for the hotel in Da Nang to pick us up and take us to the boarding point. However, due to the night bus delay, the staff contacted us via WeChat to ask if we still wanted them to pick us up at the hotel as planned, or if we preferred to take a Grab ourselves to the boarding point, and they would reimburse the fare. We chose the latter. Upon arrival in Nha Trang, there was also a hotel drop-off service, which was quite good.
It’s is tidy and clean, amazing little trip, has tv and even massage function lol. I got free pick up service and it’s good to go to destination while sleeping:)
The kids absolutely loved it, and other than the second floor being a bit chilly, it was really great. It was clean, and the blankets were thick.
Booked the 9:00 PM departure from Nha Trang to Danang. Staying at the Nha Trang Palace Hotel, I was picked up by an HK HiAce at 8:14 PM (about 15 minutes to the shared boarding location). Departed at 9:24 PM. Bought some beer at a grocery store near the waiting/shared boarding spot. Our guide, Tom Hoang, is a 27-year-old, single, handsome guy. He is interested in Japan, and we had a very friendly and engaging conversation. There were 4 passengers in total (including 3 Westerners). Arrived in Danang just before 5:00 AM (specified drop-off: Azumaya Hotel Danang). For an additional fee, I was able to enjoy the open-air bath and breakfast starting at 6:00 AM, making the entire journey, including transit, very comfortable. As a 56-year-old solo traveler who holds a Class 2 commercial driver's license for large vehicles, I thought the driving etiquette was generally quite good. Shoes were not allowed inside the bus, and it remained very quiet. I have already booked the Danang to Hanoi route for November. With plans for KIWAMI Japanese Restaurant in Nha Trang, Chen Miso Rice in Danang, and places in Hanoi... it looks like I will have a long-standing relationship with HK Line. (Since both Cam Ranh and Hanoi airports are quite far from their respective city centers, buses are exceptionally convenient.)
A 9-10 hour drive took 7 hours to complete, arriving in Hoi An at 4 AM. Vietnam has good public safety.
The free shuttle service is exceptionally well-run, and the buses are clean. It is quite suitable for people who sleep well; however, for someone like me with poor sleep quality, taking an overnight sleeper bus makes it hard to sleep soundly. Also, the customer service representative I contacted was very enthusiastic in answering questions.
The bus was new, clean, and quiet, which was great. I also liked that the seats could recline fully flat.
The car was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong and smelled nice, and there was a clean restroom on board. We stopped for 30 minutes for lunch at a roadside eatery, and there was also a stop in Gui Nhon for passengers to get off and use the restroom. The scenery along the way was beautiful, and we arrived in the Nha Trang area around 7:30.
Overall, it felt good, comfortable, and clean.
