I had a wonderful hair wash and head spa experience at Herbal Spa. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, refreshing, and professionally delivered. My therapist was skilled, gentle, and attentive, providing a soothing head massage that helped me completely unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the peaceful ambiance created the perfect environment for relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making the experience feel both luxurious and authentic. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and well cared for. I highly recommend Herbal Spa to anyone looking for an outstanding head spa experience and excellent customer service. I will definitely return on my next visit to Da Nang

I really love to massage back body @ leg massage here. So happy because finally our pain is finally feel so relieved!!! feels so satisfied and with the service given by the staff. totally 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for this spa!! definitely will come again!

Communication with the owner beforehand was very smooth. We were welcomed with a drink and asked to fill out a questionnaire about our health conditions. The hair-washing experience was incredibly relaxing—so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. Afterward, we were even served tea and snacks. The entire experience was excellent, and we give it very high praise. It’s definitely a place worth visiting again and again.

This whole experience was so fun. The staff were so nice and I love the customer service there. There is a corgi named Zoe who will welcome you too☺️I paid extra for the fingerprint engraving but I really liked how it turned out.

The host is nice. They let us leave our things and explore Hoi An after we checked out. Note that they also upgraded our room to family room. 🥰🫶🏻The place is also walking distance to the Hoi An Ancient Town.

We love the place, it's so clean, affordable., care taker Vin is so warm and friendly and the night market is just a doorstep away. But surprisingly, a cash of minimal amount was intentionally taken from the wallet that was left inside our room. Highly recommebded but management has to take action on it.
