- You can also pick up and return your rental motorbike and/or GoPro, fullface helmet at 84 Phan Chau Trinh street, Hoi An City. Please check the map for assistance
- If you fail to return the motorbike, scooter, GoPro or fullface helmet on time, a surcharge of VND20,000 (scooter and motorbike), VND 40,000 (GoPro) and VND 10,000 (Fullface helmet) will incur per hour and be paid in cash directly to the operator

We rented a scooter and we got a Honda Click. They delivered it in our hotel at the said time. They contacted us thru whatsapp and very responsive. The provider also is kind and helpful with all our concern. We asked for the extension of our rental to return on a later hour, instead of 8am to 11am but they are generous and did not charge us an additional fee. They told us we can return anytime of the day without surcharge. The service is superb and very kind. They informed us to leave the key in the reception to return the scooter, it was very convenient. There is a free 1 liter gas which is enough to roam around Hoi An. We loaded another 2 liters thinking we needed it but didn’t even used up as this scooter is very gas efficient. We really had fun!
easy to pick up and drop off. great fuel economy and no issues with the bike during our two day rental. even came with ponchos. thankfully we didn’t need it though.

The motorcycle is a Honda, 125cc, with normal performance, reasonable price, free delivery to the hotel, WhatsApp notification on the day of return, someone will come to pick it up. It is raining heavily now, it is really hard for the brother to come to pick up the motorcycle. I will go to Hoi An next time. Continue to use, it is worth recommending
the process is very fast, the scooter is delivered directly to the hotel at the time we have chosen, later they will chat to confirm the time and place of delivery. and when it's finished they will come to the hotel again to pick up the scooter. the price is also affordable and the condition of the motorbike is quite good.
