Nail Experience at Lana K Nail in Hoi An

I made a reservation in advance through klook. The reservation confirmation was smooth, and the nail artist was a cute woman. The shop was also very clean and comfortable. It had been a while since I had my foot nails done, so they weren't in very good condition, but I was relieved when she told me it was fine. She was very efficient and careful with the cuticle treatment. It was a single color, but there were many sample options and it was a surprisingly low price. She also painted a test coat and asked if the color was okay, so I was satisfied and decided! To be honest, when I made the reservation, I was worried about getting my nails done overseas, but it was no different from getting them done in Japan and I was very satisfied with the results. I would definitely ask her to do it again when I come to Hoi An! Highly recommended!

During my trip, my cuticles started bothering me, and I didn't want to bother buying nail clippers, so I purchased a ticket for this service. I felt at ease because the staff member spoke English, so I didn't need to know Vietnamese. The treatment was meticulous and much cleaner than some of the Vietnamese nail salons I found on my own. [Important Note] It seems the QR code wasn't scanned correctly, and I almost ended up paying twice. However, after persistently contacting support chat a few days later, I received a cashback in points. It's crucial to double-check the payment process. I feel bad for the nail technician.

Not sure if it was because I went during lunchtime but when I arrived there was no one around although the doors were wide open. Maybe it’ll be good to leave a way to contact the owner/staff if everyone is out, I waited for someone to appear since I already bought a voucher. Nonetheless my manicurist Hoang was very nice and friendly and did a great job :)

The nail salon is quite difficult to find. It's actually inside a residence. The service provided is simple, the staff speak very basic English. However, it's value for money cos I only paid 23 Singapore dollar for gel polish for 2 persons.
