The Coconut Basket Boat tour was a fantastic experience and great fun!Cruising through the palm groves in traditional, round bamboo boats is a truly unique experience. The local boat rowers were incredibly kind, smiling, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.The boat-spinning performances and crab fishing brought so much joy. A very successful trip filled with positive energy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam who is looking for authentic, local attractions!

What an unforgettable experience! Everything was well-organized from start to finish. Our boat driver was fantastic—after the ride, he gave us cold towels to cool off from the heat and even took our food order. Truly an all-in-one service! 😂 The owner also personally checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and felt safe, which made us feel very welcome. A few tips: Arrive early (boat rides start at 8:00 AM) to avoid the crowds. If you’re booking a Grab, search for “Coconut Restaurant & Basket Boat Tour” instead of “Nipa Basket Coconut Boat.” The famous basket boat spin costs 100,000 VND and is definitely worth trying! And don’t forget to tip your boat driver—they work hard to make your experience fun and memorable, and they’ll truly appreciate it. ❤️ I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too good not to share. Highly recommended when visiting Hoi An!

This is a very worthwhile activity to experience. The captain will continuously encourage you to try the spinning thrill ride (which costs extra and requires switching to a specialized boat). If you're interested, you can give it a try, but there's no pressure if you don't want to participate. After the activity, there are also optional photos available for purchase.

Highly recommended when visiting Hoi An! We absolutely enjoyed the entire coconut boat tour. The basket boat spinning performance was amazing, thrilling, and hilarious! The coconut forest scenery was beautiful, and our boat rower was super friendly and accommodating. Easy voucher redemption via Klook and great value for money. A must-try activity!

Upon arriving at the Hoi An Coconut Boat boarding point via Grab, you can easily find the meeting spot. The operators are very welcoming, and restrooms are available for use. The coconut boat staff are very entertaining and even sing Taiwanese songs!

It's hot, so I recommend going early in the morning! The coolest part was going through the grass tunnel. After you exit the grass tunnel and reach the open sea-like area, a festival of extra charges awaits. There are additional fees just for riding the coconut boats or dancing on the stage. The prices aren't exorbitant, but there were so many things that made me laugh, it was really entertaining!

One must ride the coconut boat to complete the experience of Hoi An. There will be music when you get to the river. Make sure to tip your boat driver.

It was a worthwhile experience; you should try it when you come to Da Nang. The river scenery is beautiful with green coconut trees, the atmosphere is lively, and the staff are enthusiastic.
