after booking on klook, send whatsapp message to the operator to reconfirm your booking and 30min before the scheduled pick up time, send another whatsapp messager reminder. ive booked private transfers through the same operator, a few times, but this time, it seems he forgot or maybe super busy / popular service. best to triple check with operator especially if youre scheduled to be somewhere by a certain time - so youre not late. otherwise, everything else is super = clean suvs, has aircon, friendly drivers, safe driving, etc. private transfer was from hoi an to da nang, approx 50min pending traffic.

I requested a transfer from a hotel in Hoi An to a hotel near My Khe Beach in Da Nang. I was told that I would receive an email with the car number 15 minutes before the transfer, but for some reason the number was not sent. However, the transfer itself came as usual and I was able to reach the hotel smoothly without any problems, which was a great help!
