Tobu Kawagoe is a fantastic destination for a day trip from Tokyo. Kawagoe, often referred to as "Little Edo," is a charming town with a rich history and culture. Having a Tobu Kawagoe digital pass makes it more convenient to explore the town.

This was our first day in Japan and our first time as tourists navigating trains and transfers, so we were understandably nervous at the start. The Seibu Kawagoe Pass made everything much easier and more manageable. Instructions were clear, routes were straightforward, and the trains were punctual and comfortable. Once we completed what felt like the most challenging part—our first train transfers—we felt much more confident exploring on the following days. Kawagoe itself was a wonderful destination with its charming “Little Edo” atmosphere, traditional streets, and relaxed vibe. We truly enjoyed the experience and would love to return. Overall, the Seibu system was reliable, efficient, and very tourist-friendly, making it an excellent choice for first-time visitors to Japan.

Purchase a Seibu Railway one-day pass e-ticket. Activate the QR code on the day of use. However, it can only be used at gates with QR codes. If some small stations don't have QR code gates, show the QR code to the station staff. Although I didn't see any station staff in front of Seibu Stadium Station at the time, I saw a notice saying there was a call button nearby to notify them. Playing at the following attractions that day was really great value for the price.

i love this pass, first day little bit difficult because sometimes no staff near the gate. then we call the staff officer by machine n show the pass through the camera then they will let us enter the gate. 5 days easy to go and i used this pass to go to narita airport. next time i will use this pass again.

I misread and thought I was going to Hoshino and the Prince Outlet, but it turned out to be a choice between the two. I changed my itinerary at the last minute and notified the driver and guide, Mr. Wu, but there was a misunderstanding that caused him to search for us everywhere. Thank you.

A day trip to Karuizawa offers a wonderful vacation vibe: Kumoba Pond's waters reflect the surrounding forest, and strolling along the wooden boardwalk of Harunire Terrace, enjoying coffee, desserts, and bread, is incredibly therapeutic. Karuizawa is worth planning an overnight stay next time. Tour guide Liu was friendly and professional, providing detailed explanations, covering everything from historical culture and customs to cuisine, making the overall experience perfect.

The tour leader was great and emphasized the importance of being on time, mentioning that the bus would leave otherwise. This reminder was very helpful, and everyone was on time today, February 2nd. Lunch was delicious. The snow tubing and sledding in the morning were a lot of fun. The weather was great, with light, fine snow falling. We had a lot of fun. The strawberries were delicious, and we ate so many we were stuffed. The tofu skin making experience in the afternoon was fantastic. It was my first time making tofu skin myself, and it was a lot of fun. Today's itinerary was wonderful. We were constantly eating and on our way to eat, haha. It was an excellent trip. The tour leader and guide were Taiwanese, very helpful, and helped me take photos. They were very nice. This trip was great, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to play in the snow.

We had an amazing day with Hassan, our driver and experienced everything we wanted during our private day trip. Hassan picked us up directly from our hotel at the agreed upon time and was a wealth of knowledge, helping us make the most of our time together and helping guide our choices of what to see and do. Hassan was professional and a pleasure to talk with during our day. We would highly recommend him and the private tour as a way so see many sights in one day. we loved it and will definitely book another private tour again for our next trip.
