This hotel was a great choice for my first trip to Pattaya. First, the location is very convenient for new travelers, as it's connected to Terminal 21. Additionally, the staff's hospitality, the cleanliness of the environment, and the breakfast quality were all excellent. I knew the hotel had a water park and other activities available, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy them during my stay. I hope to next time!

We booked a room good for three (3) people and it’s quite spacious. GLOW Pattaya is nearby the biggest 7/11 and Sanctuary of Truth, also near to Notth Pattaya Bus Terminal. Located in Central of Pattaya. Good amenities such as rooftop pool and gym.

Had a great experience at Beston Hotel,the location is good, and the room is clean and tidy. They provide amenities—including clean, fresh-smelling towels—and, importantly for coffee lovers, cups and a kettle. The facilities are clean, and there is an indoor pool, which is a nice feature for guests. Thumbs up to the staff, who are kind and approachable.

All the staff were very friendly. We arrived early and were able to check in without extra charge. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with many options. It's also close to the beach.

Major downside is the location which takes 15 mins car ride to terminal 21. There's a hotel shuttle which needs reservation and run every hour. The room is clean and staff are friendly. The wave pool is great entertainment for young kids. Breakfast is generally good too.

Overall, it's good. However, every time a neighboring room opens or closes their door, I feel a jolt, which disturbs my rest. This should be addressed. Breakfast: Very good, with a wide variety. Dim sum should be improved as it wasn't hot.

Highlights include thrilling mega slides, a wave pool with giant waves for an exciting surfing experience, and an extra-long Lazy River that floats you through space cave themes. There is also a safe zone for young children, allowing family members of all ages to enjoy the fun without having to spend money visiting an outside water park.
• Premium rooms featuring a private aurora borealis, offering a panoramic view of Pattaya Bay. The rooms are decorated in tones of white, gray, and blue, with a simulated northern lights display on the bedroom ceiling to create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere, complete with ultra-comfortable beds and pillows.
• Conveniently located in the heart of North Pattaya, the hotel is situated right next to Pattaya Road and, most importantly, within walking distance of the Terminal 21 shopping mall. All staff members are cheerful and enthusiastic in their service, from quick check-ins to introducing the various systems within the hotel. Additionally, the hotel utilizes a "Space Token" system that guests can collect to redeem for souvenirs or play claw machines inside the hotel.
