Overall, the hotel is clean, and the TV offers Disney, Netflix, and YouTube, which is great. The air conditioning is fresh with no odors, and the bathroom is also spotless. All the staff members are friendly. However, one major issue is the poor soundproofing. You can hear every footstep from the hallway. There are many Chinese guests, and their loud conversations in the hallway can be heard through the door, which is quite stressful.

We booked a room good for three (3) people and it’s quite spacious. GLOW Pattaya is nearby the biggest 7/11 and Sanctuary of Truth, also near to Notth Pattaya Bus Terminal. Located in Central of Pattaya. Good amenities such as rooftop pool and gym.

Esta foi a minha primeira viagem a Pattaya e ficar neste hotel foi realmente uma ótima escolha. Em primeiro lugar, a localização é muito conveniente para viajantes iniciantes, pois está conectado ao Terminal 21. Além disso, o atendimento da equipe, a higiene do ambiente e a qualidade do café da manhã foram excelentes. Eu sabia que o hotel tinha um parque aquático e outras atividades para participar, mas infelizmente não tive tempo de aproveitá-los durante a minha estadia. Espero poder fazê-lo na próxima vez!

Had a great experience at Beston Hotel,the location is good, and the room is clean and tidy. They provide amenities—including clean, fresh-smelling towels—and, importantly for coffee lovers, cups and a kettle. The facilities are clean, and there is an indoor pool, which is a nice feature for guests. Thumbs up to the staff, who are kind and approachable.

We stayed there for one night to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet, allowing us to sleep comfortably all night. As for the Luna restaurant, the food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and greeting us. Unfortunately, it rained heavily, so we couldn't do many activities. We'll have to make up for it next time.

love the location of this hotel the area isn't as busy as central pattaya. Breakfast is ok, there's other food options around the streets. Plenty of 7/11 and drugstores as well if you need
