Unsecured balcony, very poor staff attention to property cleanness and clients needs around the pool and beach areas, need to address room detail (bathroom appliance, safe box in all rooms, mattress’s could be softer, lot of potential for this property with excellent location and beautiful view.

Only 10. 12 rooms but very comfortable and inviting..

A very unique hotel, friendly and very helpful staff, rooms very comfortable and a bar person waiting to make you cocktail.

Baan Sailboat Hotel (Booked thru Hotels.com). Other nicer hotels here, but most are cash only, so your not able to book thru a booking site. Staff was very nice. Have to remove shoes and put in cabinet to enter hotel. Not happy about that. Safe does no good if it's just laying on counter, not mounted. Hardly no counter space No one spoke English that I encountered. First room electrical out, second room shower faucets all broke (they fixed shower issue). Only 3 bfast plates to choose from, no snacks/soft drinks in hotel , have to buy elsewhere. Rooms not as big as in photo. Blackout screen in middle of room so when it's down, rooms even smaller and screens in the way every time you move around the room. (better if it was mounted at window). Sauna tub faucet took 1.5 hours just to get 5 inch's deep. Sauna so big no way to fill, even with warm water, took up 1/4 of room which would be great with faster filling water and hot water. Water not hot, Luke warm. Only sink is outside on a small deck area, has no hand rails. Leak from somewhere during rain, woke up to puddle by bed, slipped when I stepped off bed. Scooter they rented me has bald/slick tires, I cringed at every loose dirt spot in turns. Noticed when wind blew the heavy glass doors on toilet/shower were slightly moving, but no air moving in room, suspect structural issue with building. Some type banging all night long (only at night), like someone hitting 2 metal pipes together. Never could find the
