Overall, the hotel is clean, and the TV offers Disney, Netflix, and YouTube, which is great. The air conditioning is fresh with no odors, and the bathroom is also spotless. All the staff members are friendly. However, one major issue is the poor soundproofing. You can hear every footstep from the hallway. There are many Chinese guests, and their loud conversations in the hallway can be heard through the door, which is quite stressful.

We booked a room good for three (3) people and it’s quite spacious. GLOW Pattaya is nearby the biggest 7/11 and Sanctuary of Truth, also near to Notth Pattaya Bus Terminal. Located in Central of Pattaya. Good amenities such as rooftop pool and gym.

Fiind prima mea călătorie în Pattaya, cazarea la acest hotel a fost într-adevăr excelentă. În primul rând, locația este foarte convenabilă pentru călătorii începători, fiind conectată la Terminal 21. În plus, personalul, curățenia și calitatea micului dejun au fost toate excepționale. Știam că hotelul are un parc acvatic și alte activități la care se poate participa, dar din păcate nu am avut timp să le încerc în timpul șederii mele. Sper să pot face asta data viitoare!

Had a great experience at Beston Hotel,the location is good, and the room is clean and tidy. They provide amenities—including clean, fresh-smelling towels—and, importantly for coffee lovers, cups and a kettle. The facilities are clean, and there is an indoor pool, which is a nice feature for guests. Thumbs up to the staff, who are kind and approachable.

We stayed there for one night to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet, allowing us to sleep comfortably all night. As for the Luna restaurant, the food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and greeting us. Unfortunately, it rained heavily, so we couldn't do many activities. We'll have to make up for it next time.

love the location of this hotel the area isn't as busy as central pattaya. Breakfast is ok, there's other food options around the streets. Plenty of 7/11 and drugstores as well if you need
