Fantastic 5.0
Ian is very experienced and told us that today the east wind is blowing, so the waves wouldn't be too big, and that was indeed the case. The place he took us paddling had a super beautiful sunset, and he was also very patient in teaching us how to paddle & stand up, and he also helped us take very beautiful photos. He is very friendly to SUP beginners and also strengthened our confidence in playing SUP in the future. Thank you, Ian, for providing such a course in Samui.

The elephants are very well cared for, and you can get close to them without feeling worried. They all look happy and relaxed, which made the experience really special. Highly recommend !! if you’re in Koh Samui; plus they now have a cat shelter too! Great for both elephant and cat lovers.

Fantastic 5.0
The most incredible experience, from the minute we got off the bus. Jay our Sanctuary guide was the best, with the best English I've heard since arriving to Koh Samui. This would have to be the most ethical Sanctuary I've ever seen, researched alot and the first one I've committed to going due to the way the elephants are kept, free, no restraints. Got to make their fave treat and feed them. Up close and personal experiences and they're they're for the treats not because they're forced to. It was just amazing from the minute we got there!

Educational yet entertaining experience. Hands-on opportunity on making food for the elephants and feeding them. You will also get to spray some water on them to cool them down. The tour ends with a delicious light lunch at the sanctuary. Our guide Best and her team made the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic 5.0
Excellent, really worth the money. Breakfast was light but good. They gave out motion sickness pills, but the travel across to the national park was lovely. To be greeted by Dolphins. Our guide, Ken, was brilliant at explaining everything well and keeping us all in line 😂The hike up was quite arduous fabulous views of the surrounding island, that takes one hour. But you can relax on the beach, deckchairs 50 baht for 2 hours and a shop. Next stop the kayaking, it is only 30 mins round to the next beach but it is tiring if you are not a regular kayaker. Finally the emerald lake is very steep steps going up and down, again quite tiring but not as bad as the hike, nice and interesting at the top. There is a shop at the bottom to reward yourself with an ice cream! All the staff are really helpful and you can see they enjoy it. The itinery may change around depending on the weather. The crossing back to Samui was very choppy like a roller coaster but we loved it! All in all a great day

Had a nice Islqnd Tour all the way around Koh Samui and everything was on par, no delay with pickup and all stops were informative and interesting. The waterfall and elephant interaction on the last stop was the best part for me! The guide tended to waffle on a bit towards the end and we lost time at the temples due to this! Thank You tho i had a great day as this trip i can’t do boat trips so this was a perfect alternative for us!

導遊:Friendly and attentive 船況:Clean, comfortable and spacious. Complimentary bottle water and soft drink provided 行程安排:First stop was the Pig Island. We stayed for around 2.5hrs on the island. There are a few places where you can buy a coffee/beer, relax and just watch the pigs roam around. Second stop we went snorkelling in the waters outside Koh Tan. The reef and marine life weren’t very impressive but all in all a good day out. Buffet lunch provided at the pier where the tour started.

What to know before visiting Ko Samui

Koh Samui in a quick glance

Koh Samui’s Klook bookings are led by tours, outdoor & sports activities, and water activities, with island excursions and beach-focused experiences shaping most visits. Demand rises and falls through the year, peaking in July and dipping around October, so the island’s rhythm alternates between busy high-season weeks and quieter stretches.

When to visit and what to expect

According to Klook booking data, the busiest month is July while demand is lowest in October. Prices don’t perfectly follow demand: Klook’s data shows the priciest month for activities is typically September, while August is usually the cheapest — roughly a third cheaper than the priciest month. If you want lower prices and smaller crowds, aim for August or October when demand is softer and costs tend to be lower; for the peak island atmosphere, July delivers the busiest vibe even though the very highest prices often appear in September.

Tips for travellers from the United States

Most experiences on Klook for Koh Samui can be booked at short notice — typical travellers book about a day in advance and last-minute bookings are common — so a flexible or spontaneous trip works well. If you plan to travel in July or September, consider booking a few days earlier (around four days) to secure popular tours and outdoor activities. Use Klook to compare available tour and water-activity options and lock in experiences once your dates are set.
