Overall, the hotel is clean, and the TV offers Disney, Netflix, and YouTube, which is great. The air conditioning is fresh with no odors, and the bathroom is also spotless. All the staff members are friendly. However, one major issue is the poor soundproofing. You can hear every footstep from the hallway. There are many Chinese guests, and their loud conversations in the hallway can be heard through the door, which is quite stressful.

We booked a room good for three (3) people and it’s quite spacious. GLOW Pattaya is nearby the biggest 7/11 and Sanctuary of Truth, also near to Notth Pattaya Bus Terminal. Located in Central of Pattaya. Good amenities such as rooftop pool and gym.

Had a great experience at Beston Hotel, the location is good, and the room is clean and tidy. They provide amenities—including clean, fresh-smelling towels—and, importantly for coffee lovers, cups and a kettle. The facilities are clean, and there is an indoor pool, which is a nice feature for guests. Thumbs up to the staff, who are kind and approachable.

This hotel was a great choice for my first trip to Pattaya. First, the location is very convenient for new travelers, as it's connected to Terminal 21. Additionally, the staff's hospitality, the cleanliness of the environment, and the breakfast quality were all excellent. I knew the hotel had a water park and other activities available, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy them during my stay. I hope to next time!

We stayed there for one night to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet, allowing us to sleep comfortably all night. As for the Luna restaurant, the food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and greeting us. Unfortunately, it rained heavily, so we couldn't do many activities. We'll have to make up for it next time.

⭐ A hotel with a great location, atmosphere, and value for money.
The biggest advantage is its excellent location, very close to the sea. The convenience store and various shops nearby also made our stay quite convenient.
The staff were very friendly, and considering the hotel's size and facilities, it offered good value for money with reasonable accommodation prices. The lobby's atmosphere and the open-style elevator were particularly impressive, and the rooftop bar and pool also had a great ambiance, perfect for relaxing.
The room was more spacious than expected, and the bathroom was relatively clean and pleasant.
The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit less substantial than I had hoped. Also, I had high expectations for the sea view room, but it was difficult to get a proper view of the sea, and the view around the room wasn't particularly impressive.
Nevertheless, considering the location, the friendliness of the staff, the room size, and the amenities, it was a satisfying hotel for the price. I believe it's a perfectly good choice for comfortably staying in a 5-star hotel at a reasonable price.
