The instructor was very kind, and the food was delicious; it was excellent. However, unfortunately, I was overcharged on-site. It made me realize that in other countries, you need to be able to negotiate. The issue was resolved with the help of customer support, who explained everything thoroughly. The excellent customer support system actually improved my overall impression. I now feel even more confident and trusting in using Klook in the future. Instructor: Excellent. Polite and kind, I would definitely use them again.

For my first scuba diving experience, I compared many companies and finally chose this one, which was moderately priced at 700 yuan. We met at 8 a.m., and I walked there since I was staying nearby. Because my foreign language skills aren't great, I wanted to arrive at the meeting point early, but the official location was inaccurate. A kind local Thai man helped me look for it for a while and finally walked me there, which was only a few dozen meters away. When I arrived at the shop, they asked if I had a diving license. If not, there was an additional charge of 1700 Thai baht, and photos with the instructor were 500 Thai baht (optional). One of the instructors was a very attentive Chinese girl who took care of me throughout the whole process and explained everything patiently. There were no language barriers, and she stayed by my side the whole time I was underwater. It was a great experience! @For first-time divers, spending several hours on the boat can cause seasickness, which can affect the experience. I hope my experience can help anyone who wants to try scuba diving.

A very pleasant experience overall. The dancers are energetic and engaging, the food is good, and the staff are warm and friendly. It’s definitely worth trying, especially as the dancers come around to interact with guests after the show.

The cruise us worth the higher fare. the food and entertainment were wonderful, and the service was superb. Everyone on the ship was very attentive and responsive, and the cruise itself was most enjoyable. The entertainers were enthusiastic and had the crowd singing and dancing. Highly recommend.

There was a misunderstanding for booking this tour so they had to cancel it. But its totally okay because they issued me a refund unconditionally.

The Koh Lan group tour is a super cost-effective trip. Our family of three booked the most basic package (day trip + snorkeling water park) for RMB 203 per person the night before departure, without adding any other water activities, thinking we could add them on the spot if it was safe and fun. When placing the order, you can choose to contact via "Wechat". That night, a customer service representative added me on WeChat and sent the order information, reminding me of the time to pick us up from the hotel the next day. Afterwards, the entire process was well-organized, including being picked up by a tuk-tuk at 8:40 am, then picking up people from two other hotels, gathering at the pier with the tour guide and photographer, providing everyone with free towels, playing, accompanying, and taking photos of various water activities (remember to keep the QR code to download photos for free), arranging meals under parasols and beach chairs after landing on Koh Lan, offering multiple lunch options, and even adding instant noodles and drinking water. We gathered at 3:20 pm to leave the island, and finally, the tuk-tuk took us back to the hotel. The whole process was orderly and safe. The tour agent and driver were very responsive, it was a good experience to have a full day private tour with my mum who is on wheelchair, driver was not rushing either, and accomodating to our needs. after we went to sanctuary of truth (better book tix online, i didnt book n had to pay 500 per pax), we went to pattaya floating market (hmm nothing much, i didnt ride on the boat, entrance fee was 200 baht). since we skip the original lunch place, driver suggested another nice place for lunch, glass house boho, he said it is new. then we went to nong nooch tropical garden, i booked tix oredi from trip.com but since dunno what time we arr so i didnt buy for the show, thinking can buy on the spot. and turned out felt like a scam, just to see the show it costs us 3k for 6 pax, actually if i buy online i just need to add sg$4/pax to see the show :( i could have saved almost sg$100 (20-4)*6 T_T but elephant show was quite good, then we went to largest 7 elevn nothing much. then back htl.

Since I visited on a weekday Monday, it wasn't crowded. The staff were very friendly, and the food service was excellent. The entire itinerary was well-planned, so if you've never experienced something like this, I highly recommend it.

Very good tour, pick up was on time. You can decide for additional activity on the first stop at parasailing. For Parasailing and Sea walker combo it is 2000 bhat. Next stop is sea walker, but only those who have booked are allowed to get down, next stop Coral Island. At the end of the trip if you have opted for lunch then that is also given, the food is good.
