The scenery in Jiuzhaigou is truly magnificent, with both snow and green forests. It feels like experiencing two seasons in one day, which is an amazing feeling! The water in Jiuzhaigou is crystal clear, almost transparent. The boardwalks, snowscapes, and 'haizi' (lakes) are all beautiful. Before I signed up, I saw a comment saying it wasn't very good, but after chatting with customer service, I decided to give it a try myself. It turned out to be quite good, and the travel agency's arrangements were very clear.

transport was provided from hotel to meeting point before proceeding to Bipenggou. Driver is safe and professional. Bipenggou is worth a visit for those who can take altitude of 3800m despite the long bus ride. it is not very crowded and gives a lot of personal space for reflection at 3800m.

My friend and I went to Mount Siguniang with Guide Yang, and she was absolutely wonderful to us! She took such great and special care of us, especially since we were the only female Muslim passengers on board.
The bus ride took around 3 hours or more. The journey was a little scary at times because the driver drove quite fast, but overall, everything was convenient. The meeting point and drop-off point were both very easy to access.

I have to give a special shout-out to our Chinese tour guide, A Jia! We were scheduled to depart at 5 AM, and she was already waiting at the meeting point more than ten minutes early. On the bus, she had prepared oxygen, and the "travel essentials" (neck pillow, eye mask, earplugs), and she went around asking if anyone suffered from motion sickness. During the three-hour drive, she didn't stop talking, sharing legends about the four peaks of Mount Siguniang, the Jiarong Tibetan culture, the geological formation of Shuangqiao Valley, and even the principles behind the Dujiangyan irrigation system. It was ten times more engaging than anything I could have found researching online myself. The most thoughtful gesture was that she helped everyone pre-purchase their sightseeing bus tickets (70 RMB, self-paid), saving us from waiting in line. Before entering the scenic area, she even drew a tour route map, marking the best photo spots at each stop and suggesting time allocations. Although group tour guides don't enter the scenic area with us, her pre-trip explanation was more than enough for us to fully enjoy our visit.

scenery was beautiful, guide was knowledgeable and prepared us what altitude sickness might be, we were prepared with oxygen cans. Had to pay another ¥130 for the bus and mini bus ride else you would have to walk 4.5km each way.

🏔️ Review of the incredibly impressive "Four Girls Mountain" trip! 🤍❄️
This was another trip where the views exceeded all expectations! The nature was absolutely spectacular – towering mountains, serene lakes, and the scenery along the way was so beautiful I had to keep taking photos with my phone the whole time 📸✨. If you're in Chengdu and have some time, I truly recommend coming here.
Another thing that impressed me was how well the guide took care of us 🥰. They provided information throughout the journey, paid attention to details, pointed out where the best views were, where we should take photos, and looked after everyone throughout the trip. I felt very reassured, especially on the rather long mountain ascent where the weather changes quickly; the guide constantly checked if everyone was feeling okay.
Most importantly, the guide was very friendly and fun to talk to, which kept the atmosphere of the trip relaxed and enjoyable 😂. If anyone had questions or needed help, they could ask anytime. I was very impressed with the service ❤️.
In summary: Views 10/10 🏔️ | Care 10/10 🥰 | Guide 10/10 ⭐️
This trip was tiring but incredibly worthwhile! The views were so stunning that I forgot all about the fatigue 🫶🏻.
If I get the chance to come back to Chengdu, Four Girls Mountain is definitely one of the places I'd want to revisit! 🇨🇳✨

I booked this day trip for May 2026. Overall, great experience.
What's good: (1) Scenery and experience. Really beautiful nature: lakes/mountains/snow like Swiss landscapes. Many good photo opps. (2) Safety and convenience. Felt safe throughout with features, protocols in place. Good infrastructure (toilets, walking paths, signs, etc.).
What to note: (1) Tour guide speaks Mandarin with basic English. Communicates through WeChat now and then through tour and you can translate. (2) Expect lots of walking (you can easily clock 15,000 steps). (3) Bring enough dry food/drinks. Mountains have but may not be convenient. (4) Plan time wisely at each spot. (5) Get oxygen mask (just 1 can is enough. I'm average fit but at times still felt dizzy and breathless). (6) I went in May 2026 but temps were about 0degC, so bring warm clothes & windbreaker.

The trip to Si Drunee was incredibly delicious and absolutely beautiful! Plus, the tour price was great, and they didn't take us to any shopping stops, which was fantastic. The views at Si Drunee were so stunning they made all the tiredness disappear. See you next year in the autumn!
