The scenery in Jiuzhaigou is truly magnificent, with both snow and green forests. It feels like experiencing two seasons in one day, which is an amazing feeling! The water in Jiuzhaigou is crystal clear, almost transparent. The boardwalks, snowscapes, and 'haizi' (lakes) are all beautiful. Before I signed up, I saw a comment saying it wasn't very good, but after chatting with customer service, I decided to give it a try myself. It turned out to be quite good, and the travel agency's arrangements were very clear.

We are a group of five senior friends who traveled to Chengdu and Chongqing. Klook travel designer Charley meticulously customized our itinerary, arranging everything according to our interests and abilities, making the overall trip rich in content and comfortable. The local tour teams in both cities were also very professional. Each day, they provided advance weather reminders, allowing us to prepare appropriate attire. Both drivers had excellent driving attitudes, ensuring safety and attentiveness, providing us with several comfortable long-distance travel experiences. Thank you all! The tour guides were also professional and attentive. Nancy in Chengdu and Xiao K in Chongqing gave us in-depth introductions to the local culture, history, customs, and unique attractions of each scenic spot, giving us a vivid sense of both cities and their human history. Thank you again for your care! Overall, the Klook team was very thoughtful in all aspects. Their professional service and enthusiastic attitude brought us unforgettable and joyful experiences during our 9-day trip.

My daughter and I spent three wonderful days in Jiuzhaigou, and we were so lucky to have such a great tour guide as Ali! She was incredibly professional throughout the trip, explaining the attractions, history, and local culture of Jiuzhaigou in a very vivid way. She was also very patient and enthusiastic. The entire itinerary was well-paced and comfortable, never feeling rushed. She thoughtfully reminded us to take photos and to be mindful of the weather and altitude sickness. As a parent traveling with a child, this sense of security was truly important. Jiuzhaigou itself is like a fairy tale, breathtakingly beautiful, but with her companionship and care, this trip became even more unforgettable. My daughter had a fantastic time, and we learned so much about the local culture and knowledge. Thank you so much for taking care of us these past few days! If any friends come to Jiuzhaigou in the future, I will definitely recommend her as a tour guide. It was truly a wonderful travel memory ❤️

इस दौरे का अनुभव पूरी तरह से यांगयांग गाइड और ड्राइवर मास्टर की अंतरंग सेवा के कारण बहुत अच्छा रहा! यांगयांग गाइड बहुत सावधान और विचारशील थे, पूरी प्रक्रिया के दौरान सभी की स्थिति पर ध्यान दिया और समय पर विभिन्न समस्याओं का समाधान किया। उनकी व्याख्याएँ भी बहुत दिलचस्प थीं, जिससे हमें बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिला। ड्राइवर मास्टर की ड्राइविंग तकनीक प्रथम श्रेणी की थी, पूरी यात्रा के दौरान ड्राइविंग सुचारू थी, मोड़ सहज थे, ब्रेक नरम थे, और कोई असुविधा महसूस नहीं हुई। पूरी यात्रा के दौरान कार में बैठकर मन को शांति मिली। ऐसी पेशेवर और दिल को छू लेने वाली सेवा वास्तव में विशेष रूप से प्रभावशाली है, दस हजार प्रशंसा के योग्य है!

the itinerary was well planned and we got to see so much in just a day! our tour guide was extremely experienced and gave us tips on which places to see which made our day much easier and pleasant! if you’re short on time and want to visit mount siguniang, i highly recommend this tour!

this tour was amazing and exactly as detailed! There are extra fees as stated, but there’s tix for a local performance that is optional but very much recommended cuz it’s quite culturally enlightening. the comfy bus was v smooth and our tour guide 张晶晶导游 was so lovely n friendly. she had a way with words, incorporating questions that others asked into her group speech so everyone knows the details. she also told us many little details ie when to suit up for the cold, medications to take, how to adjust for the higher altitudes etc, things that I didn’t find when I was researching; I’m so grateful I decided to take a tour😮‍💨 There’s absolutely no pressure to buy anything, in fact we bought lots of snacks to share with each other and especially our tour guide, cuz she’s awesome and a crazily skilled photographer🤩🤩 love that she doesn’t smoke as well tbh, extra win imo Going in Apr means everything wasn’t as colorful BUT a lot less crowded too hehe~ might go again in Nov for the colors

The one-day trip to Mount Siguniang is over, and overall it was very good. Xiao Ge did a great job with the details, the time arrangement was reasonable, and the scenic spot introduction was well done. It snowed today, so we were very lucky and saw Mount Siguniang. It's worth it. This was a great experience, no need to worry, it's worry-free and saves effort. Highly recommended, five-star praise!!!

Initially, I was a bit worried because there weren't many reviews, but the tour operator was really proactive and helpful with instructions. Our driver was fantastic - friendly, supportive, and a very skilled driver. He handled all the ticket purchases and helped us with our luggage. He frequently checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable also. ​Although the long drive was tiring, it was absolutely worth it. Bipenggou and Dagu Glacier are stunning! Dagu Glacier is a hidden gem, the sightseeing bus stops at several great photo spots, and the views from the cable car and the mountaintop cafe are breathtaking. ​The hotel provided was clean, modern, and spacious. While breakfast was poor, the location was perfect - right next to Dagu Glacier, making our second day very easy and enjoyable. Even though I originally booked a large bus tour, the operator changed us to a small group of 3 because there weren't enough people, which made the trip even more convenient. Highly recommended!!!

I booked this day trip for May 2026. Overall, great experience. What's good: (1) Scenery and experience. Really beautiful nature: lakes/mountains/snow like Swiss landscapes. Many good photo opps. (2) Safety and convenience. Felt safe throughout with features, protocols in place. Good infrastructure (toilets, walking paths, signs, etc.). What to note: (1) Tour guide speaks Mandarin with basic English. Communicates through WeChat now and then through tour and you can translate. (2) Expect lots of walking (you can easily clock 15,000 steps). (3) Bring enough dry food/drinks. Mountains have but may not be convenient. (4) Plan time wisely at each spot. (5) Get oxygen mask (just 1 can is enough. I'm average fit but at times still felt dizzy and breathless). (6) I went in May 2026 but temps were about 0degC, so bring warm clothes & windbreaker.
