My day voyage on the cruise was the absolute highlight of our Vietnam trip and worth every single penny. From the moment we stepped into our pristine, modern suite with its breathtaking its views of the cruise, the attention to detail was flawless. The onboard amenities—especially the stunning infinity pool felt like a floating five-star resort rather than a standard boat, and the dining exceeded all expectations by beautifully blending local Vietnamese flavors with international cuisine. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable and warm service from the crew, who anticipated our every need and perfectly organized the kayaking and cave excursions so we could avoid the heavy tourist crowds.

Tom (Thang) was the best! Wonderful, lively, kind, and super high-spirited! He showed us details of all the places and told us the history of the tourist spots! He truly stood out among all the guides we've had from various countries! The boat is modern, clean, and the food is plentiful and delicious! It exceeded our expectations in every aspect!

The experience was truly the best experience in my life. The trip was very good. The food on the ship is very good. And of course, the service, the systematic and organized tour from Dragonfly Tour. This tour is very excellent and it is a great experience. Great food, great environment, and great service. I highly recommend the tour.

Great experience with all the attractions in the place except if there’s Chinese tour buses they are very pushy with all the queues makes it a bad experience, so try come early or late to avoid.

the cruise is brilliant, and the crew are exceptional. Especially Dan (Mr. Anh), the cruise manager. He was very welcoming and made the trip special from start to finish. He made sure we were well looked after by the staff, and made the tours fun & factful. The tours did take you to the top spots around Ha Long Bay, but they were at popular times so expect queues! The food on the cruise was nice, and they were very good with making sure food fit dietary requirements. Dinner was the standout as a “set menu”, whilst lunch and Breakfast & Brunch were buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Only big negatives were WiFi wasn’t the best & the hot water in our shower wasn’t consistent. Would definitely recommend this cruise, even potentially come back again and do a few more days!!! Thank you Dan & Crew!!!!🛳️⚓️

Dont ever skip this trip it was very memorable foods are great, excellent service. The bus is nice & clean but our bus mate Indian people are smells bad odor in their underarm that make us cover our nose because of the crazy smell from them, I am sorry but please Indian people before we went for a joiner trip please use deodorant so that you cannot disturb other people. Using deodorant in our body is also a sign of respect to others.
