Fujinomiya

The location is excellent right next to Fujinomiya Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff are reasonably friendly and accommodating. Parking is available for 600 yen per day, which was helpful. The rooms are a little outdated, but they are functional and comfortable enough for a short stay. One thing to note is that the doors use manual keys, and guests are required to leave the key at reception each time they go out. The hotel also offers a coin laundry service (500 yen per load), which was convenient. The TV is not a smart TV, but Wi-Fi is provided. Breakfast is included with the room rate; while the selection is the same every day, it was decent and sufficient for us. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is simple, practical, and serves its purpose well for travelers looking for a convenient base in Fujinomiya.

it was convenient to go from and to the train station across the street, staff and breakfast was decent, if you need to look somewhere afford to stay this might be the place

Easy to redeem at JR Tokai Service Centre, but just need to remember to obtain the physical MCO when arriving at airport.

A special thank you to Mr. A Ming, our driver from Ansu Travel! He's a wonderful person, his vehicle is clean, and he's very punctual. He thoughtfully provided us with information about the timing for each attraction and recommended delicious restaurants. We were fortunate enough to see Mount Fuji in its full glory that day, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. Mr. A Ming was also considerate of my father's needs, stopping at rest areas for restroom breaks. Highly recommended!

He created a great itinerary to maximize our day trip and his knowledge of all the best viewpoints and spots around the mountain was very appreciated. bus was really convenient as moving from kawaguchiko to the Alps by train was a big hassle. tried to book through website of limonbus but that was impossible. Klook to the rescue: within 2 minutes booking was done and dusted.

I was very lucky to have such a satisfying experience on my first private car tour, and I met Master Ni, who was super friendly, kind, and courteous. The car was very comfortable and clean, and the driver was very experienced. I recommend that friends coming to Kawaguchiko and Hakone book a private car tour like I did, so you can easily experience Hakone and Kawaguchiko.

I went to Hakone for a day trip with my parents and a preschooler. The driver was very kind and considerate of our entire schedule. For those of us who couldn't stay overnight at a hot spring, they recommended the hot spring foot bath at the Hakone Open-Air Museum as the last course. It was excellent. It was a tour that I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.
