Camping and Accommodation For The Joint Jam 2023 (Ticket Not Included)

Camping with Pets:

• Please put a leash on the pets or use pet trolleys, pet cages, or pet harnesses.
• Do not shower the pets in the bathroom
• Do not bring pets into the indoor space
• For safety reasons, do not bring aggressive, dangerous, or uncontrollable pets to the event. The operator reserves the right to reject entries. If there is any injury or damage caused by the pets, the operator will not be held for related responsibility.
• Kindly make sure your do not drop anything
• There will be a charge for guests who can not follow the rules and regulations above.

Additional Information For Camping:

• There is an access control for cars during the event.
• There is not eletricity provided in the campground. We advise you to bring power banks, flashlights, or other light devices. The sockets at the public area is for phone-charging only. If campers use high-voltage device such as hair dryer, portable eletric stove, ele ctric heater, rice cooker, oven, or air conditioners and lead to PCBs end up burning, there will be a compensation fee
• Fire is strictly prohibited in the campground including smoking, lighting a fire, candles, spirit burners, flame guns, fireworks, or firecrackers. A portable stove is allowed to use in the campground. Kindly keep the fire at least 40-centimeter away from the ground. Do not burn the grass on the ground to prevent fire from breaking out.
• Drinking water and ingredients are allowed to bring to the campground; however, there is no refrigerator. The operator will not be held responsible for food safety. Do not bring alcohol or drinks to the venue. People who have drinks or alcohol with them must drink up or throw them away before entering the event. There is a food court at the event where you can find drinks and alcohol.
• The operator will call the police if guests do drugs, drink excessively, fight, gamble, bring prohibited items, or do any illegal actions.
• Do not chew betel nuts in the campground. No smoking outside of the smoking area. The operator will ask people who fail to follow the rules to leave and there will be no refund
• The camping area is not open for non-guest personnel. Do not enter the campground with The Joint Jam 2023 Ticket. Keep your voice down during the rest time.
• Please pay attention to the directions to the emergency exits
• Do not hang clothes on the lights
• Do not bring guns, weapons, dangerous objects, or other prohibited items to the campground
• For the quality of camping and accommodation, keep your voice down when you are in the campground
• The operator will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle who park in the campground
• Do not eat or drink inside the tent. An extra fee will be charged if there are any damages or stains in the tent. The operator will call the police if there are people who damage equipment on purpose
• The packages only include camping experience. The operator will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the personal camping equipment. Kindly make sure to keep valuable personal belongings with you
• Parents must watch out and take care of the children to prevent danger from happening
• Kindly make sure you do not drop anything and please put a leash on the pets or use pet trolleys, pet cages, or pet harnesses.
• Do not touch or use other guests' tents
• The operator reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the contents of the event. All unsettled affairs are subject to The Joint Jam Facebook page or Instagram page. There will be no other further notice
