• In addition to The Ocean House Package, please check in during 09:30 - 16:00 on May 6th. After the check-in procedure, there will be staff to arrange a camping spot for you. Do not set up the tent without any permission or insist on camping at a specific campsite. If you have a fellow company with you, the staff will arrange near camping spots for you.
• The Ocean House Package: Check-in starts at 15:00 on May 6th. Please check-in at the reception of The Ocean House. (Address: No. 58-55, Kanzijiao, Shimen District, New Taipei City).
• 90% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 10 days before the activity date. No refunds for cancellations made within 10 days before the activity date (Excluding the activity date).
• Tickets will not be reissued if lost or damaged.

Camping Information:

• The Joint Jam 2023 ticket is not included in any of the camping and accommodation packages. Please purcahse tickets at The Joint Jam 2023 Ticket
• Each group will only get 1 QR code (Klook Voucher). Please check in at the entrance, and there will be staff leading you to the camping area. If any personnel gets caught staying overnight at the camping area without a voucher, he or she is required to buy a one-day ticket and can not make up the price difference only.
• The camping area is an outdoor space. There will be activities running until 5 in the morning. For people who are sensitive to noise when sleeping, please evaluate whether camping is comfortable for you.
• Please read the information above thoroughly before placing an order. Do not sign up for camping if you can not follow the rules and regulations.

• Kindly provide IDs (Taiwanese IDs, passports, or ARC) to verify your identity.
• Please make sure that all of the amenities and equipment are well-functioning. If there is anything damaged or broken, kindly inform the staff when checking in. If not, there might be a compensation charge when checking out.
• There will be a charge if there is anything destroyed, damaged, lost, defaced, or stolen in the campground.
• Guests who check out late are required to pay a late check out fee .
