Reviews
I like the hothouse very much. It has a large indoor bathtub (the separation of wet and dry is great) and an outdoor open-air (quite private). But the ingredients for dinner...are quite disappointing and the introduction is too different.
The floor is very large, especially the open-air hot spring on the top floor. It is so comfortable. The environment and facilities are very satisfactory. I will definitely come back next time.
This is the third time I have come here. There is also a ball pool to play in the spa pool. The whole thing is very dreamy and amazing. The outdoor hot spring water is a bit flawless because there are a lot of leaves. In the afternoon, there is all-you-can-eat afternoon tea. Like👍🏻 (Remind everyone that afternoon tea is available, please remember to ask for the order from the counter)
Ticket validation took about 5 minutes upon entry (a bit long), but the SPA area itself was great. The space was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Importantly, the water jets had enough power. The outdoor hot spring ♨️ was clean and tidy, and the rest area had ample space. Highly recommended.
The meal is highly not recommended. There were only 3 groups of guests throughout the evening, so there were no food or beverage refill machines. Only the coffee machine was open and the rest was not open. The noodle cooking area was changed to red bean soup and the noodles were not cooked. The part to eat was not OK, but the soup house was very good. The service staff is also good. If the food can be improved, it will be much better.
Convenient parking, no extra charge, elegant decoration, worth a return visit later
2024.12.16 The klook ticket includes afternoon tea and SPA area + outdoor hot spring area. The spa area is OK, but it can be seen that it is old, but the various washing functions are still there, including a dehydrator/water dispenser and a very hot hot spring pool. 44~45 degrees, 550 on weekdays and 660 on holidays (SPA price alone). Don’t look forward to afternoon tea. When the occupancy rate is not good, it is a set meal (fake British afternoon tea). It is not self-service and you will not be informed in advance. If you are not full, There is only one serving per person, so just give it a try. When you book on klook, there is a note next to it: It may not be a self-service afternoon tea and there will be no prior notice. I thought it was cold and found that the accommodation in this hotel was quite poor. There are not many people staying here. If you pay more than NT5000 a night, you might as well stay in Hanmu. There is one towel for each person, and a tescom hair dryer is available in the washing room. The equipment is older than Hanmu and should be repaired and maintained to have a future.
Went in at 10 a.m. on 12/22. The weather that day was 17.8 degrees, and the water temperature in the indoor spa area was about 35.5. I felt that the water temperature could be warmer, and the water temperature in the entire area would feel uneven. In fact, the area is not very large, so it should not be It's hotter here and colder there. The water in the children's ball pool is cold. The waiter said that some children don't like the water being too hot, but the water temperature can't even be called warm😅. I don't know if it's heated, but The water temperature hasn't come up yet, but the temperature is still not high. And shouldn't the water temperature in the pool be heated before the guests enter? There is indeed a sandy feeling when you step on the bottom of the pool. The waiter said it is normal, but I don't understand why? This will not happen when you go to Kawayu Spring or Zhongguan🤣. The outdoor pool is about 38.5~40 degrees, and the heat is sufficient. The shelf in the shower room is not wide enough, and it is inconvenient to put a change of clothes. At a price of more than 600, such quality Not very ok, the counter staff was very nice
It's very high-end, but I think the bathtub in the room could be bigger. I think it would be better if the balcony is entered from the bathroom.
The spa equipment is very large and has indoor and outdoor facilities. The service was very good. Although the restaurant was short-staffed, the service staff were all very friendly and kind.
